"Glow" from the default camera?

So I've noticed that there appears to be some sort of light source attached to the main camera in SF. It only really shows up when it's raining though. And after a certain distance it goes away. It lights up everything, jets, vehicles, the environment. Does any have any clue why this could be? I've attached two reference photos. The first showing the "glow" on my Mig-21, the second showing the distance at which it fades out. It's like having landing lights on all the time. For reference I'm running NF5 with SARCASM4 installed in this build.

Looks more like thunderstorm mod made things appear like such, to be sure check with any sort of better weather.

That is the thunderstorm mod.

To check it, use better weather (as Stary said) or delete the mod

and try out the stock weather.

Right on. It does only happen with the storms. I'll just disable the mod. Thanks guys.
