SF 2 EFFECTS, SOUNDS, DECALS

Hi!! As you may have noticed, I am a newbe. In what folder should I place sound, effects and decals?? There's not a specific folder for them asi in SF1.

Also, a lot of things (skins, esp.) are sort of plug and play now. But there's still some heavy .ini editing to do if you get into seriously modding out the game.
