I just got SF2 Vietnam and I'm really enjoying it.

 

I was wondering if it was possible to have labels on without any other HUD info like speed and waypoints etc...

 

Possibly with a mod of some sort? (Although I haven't seen one.)

Here are some options for adjusting the in game hud settings
Open up your huddata.ini and you can make various adjustments to suite your needs.

I would also suggest you leave the labels off.....but too each there own

I heard of the HUDDATA.ini file but couldn't find it anywhere. I also tried extracting the file to my Flight directory but that also didn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Scratch that, found my mistake. I extracted it to the wrong folder.

the extractor ALWAYS extractor to a kind of temp folder. you need to move it to the game install where you want it
