Does anyone have the F-15C skin for the 44th TFS?

...the one at the bottom of the first page of F-15 skins here? I d/l'd the file, but there's nothing in it.

 

Can someone with this skin (44th TFS, Kadena, early '90's) please e-mail it to me or post it again here?
