Mobil version

Can I use the CA Mobil version web page on my IPad Mini? IOS 7,1.1(11D201)

If I select it , it just loads the normal PC page.

Try it now and let me know. I created a mapping for it but can't guarantee the fix. We do have plans to update our software when it's available which has a major updates to how they support mobile devices and tablets. As well as push our skins to keep our standard look just in a smaller scale to make it fully functional.

Thanks Erik, It booted right up, Looks good and a lot nicer on the IPad Mini and easier to navigate then the full page. One thing though, it won't let me stay Logged in, cookies in Safari are set to 'All'

That has to be a browser side setting. We don't determine if a cookie is saved, we just send it. It seems to be working on my iPad but I don't have a mini. Staying logged in also works on my Android phone. Have another look at your settings and let me know, I'd have to dig into Safari probably.

OK I tried.changing everything in the settings and NoJoy on the Login, I'll keep trying, may try a Reset to factory settings. I'll let you if I find the correct setting. Also staying Logged in works on my IPod 4th Gen.

Erik I found the problem that's preventing the stay Logged in in Safari, For some reason it's not saving the 'Website Data' in Advanced settings, I cross checked it with my IPod , it has iOS 6.1.6, the IPad is iOS 7.1.1 and has a few different settings options, I matched the settings as close as I could with each device. Still looking. Was stuck in Privet mode, you have to have a Bookmark in Favorets to get out of it.

All fixed, Stays Logged In now. I had to load the backup to get out of ' Privet Mode' , still can't find how to turn it on or off?

That's good to know would have never thought of that but it makes sense. Should be an easy way to go between the two. You know those sex deprived developers didn't just forget about it. A quick search of the google interweb shows me this, "To turn on private browsing touch the URL field to bring up the keyboard and touch Private (above the letter Q) at the upper left of the keyboard."

Is there a trick to using the mobile version i don't have a downloads button or a more button like the PC version to get to the downloads section unless I go to the downloads section with the PC version and then click mobile version at the bottom of the page.I am using my ipad 2.

No there's no trick, the mobile interface is bad. It's slated for upgrade to something in line with 2014 technology in the near future. The software release for our site is going into beta in the next week or so. So pending a few point upgrades to snuff the major bugs we'll be making that migration when it's ready for consumption.

I get to the download section by going to a File announcement , then click to navigate there with my IPad Mini in Mobil, I haven't tried downloading anything, no place to put it, that I know of on the Mini.

Thanks for the replies.that answered all my questions.i know I can't download things on my ipad but i like to look at what's new.
