HuuTungNguyen Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Hello everyone. I play WOV and I'm a Vietnamese. So I want to fly with VPAF. I saw some document to find the Number of VPAF Plane to make my game more historical. But there is a problem. I change the file Numbers.lst like this: Then I select my number in game to 5121: But when the loading complete, the number isn't 5121, it's 2040 :(. How can i do to change the number?? :( I'm a newbie so I dont know too much about modification this game, sorry for my best Eng and my noob question :(. Quote
Fubar512 Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 (edited) Welcome aboard. You have nothing to apologize for, as your English is quite adequate. The issue may be due to having installed a mod that is not fully compliant with the latest patch, as I had no problem selecting that very same number (Pham Tuan's MiG-21MF, number 5121), in my install. Can you tell us what mods you have installed? Edited October 16, 2014 by Fubar512 Quote
+daddyairplanes Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Welcome! what i did not notice in your descriptions of what you did is addition of new decals. the number list has to match up with what is in the decal folder. it wont match 5121 to 5121 exactly. rather it matches the first number in your list to the first decal in the folder and so on down the line. if you did do this from a mod excuse my nosiness. if you editted it yourself, take a look in the SF1 Knowledge base. it has a couple of tutorials on how to make and adjust your own decals 1 Quote
HuuTungNguyen Posted October 16, 2014 Author Posted October 16, 2014 Thank you for your answer. I use WOV Air & Ground War Expansion Pack Gold for my WOV and its up to date. I install Oct 2008, too. But the file number.lst isnt included in that pack. So I copy that file from F-4 skin folder and rewrite it and place it to my Mig-21 folder but it doesnt work... Your screenshot is so realistic, Fubar. Is this WOV? You may improve your graphic too much haha. Can you talk me what mod do you use, please? Quote
HuuTungNguyen Posted October 16, 2014 Author Posted October 16, 2014 this is real Mig-21 no.5121 of Pham Tuan. Its placed in a Air Force Museum in Hanoi. I live near there, about 6-7km. This museum is at the same road with Pham Tuan's house haha Quote
