TeargasHorse 287 Posted November 7, 2014 I use a low level technique. Start around 500 feet, 350 to 400 kts, 4-5 nm from target. Line up with the target and maintain level approach to 2 miles. Point the nose down gently placing the center of the pipper on the target and start pulling up. Your aiming cue will be the 6 o'clock of the outermost ring. Release as soon as the taget hits that mark. Take care not to pull up to hard to avoid a stall. Work with that a bit and adjust the timing to find your sweet spot. Good luck, happy hunting.
