Running a Pentium G860 and GTX 650--should I upgrade CPU to used i5 2500?

Hi. Built my desktop in October 2012. Among other things, I'm running a Pentium G860 dual core CPU (3.0ghz) and GTX 650 DD5 video card. Thinking about replacing cpu with a used i5 2500 (ca. $120). Is this a good idea? Will I notice much of a difference in SF2 and in other areas? Thanks!
