If it does say, "N'OUVRIR LA PORTE QUE POUR LE TEST, Google translates it as DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR THE TEST. It all depends on what that first word actually is. Is it actually N'OUVRIR, or something else? My old eyes can't see it even with a magnifying glass.

It actually says "DO NOT open the door UNLESS it's for the test" or a more litterate translation : Open the door only for the test/for testing.

Ouvrir is the "to open" verb.

But le N' is a "ne explétif" not a negation "ne pas" contracted. That's where Google translated failed to see the difference. And as a french for foreigners teacher, I must say it's a pain to explain to non-native speakers.

Can anybody tell me what the text is in the second smaller rectangle?

... LA PORTE QUE POUR...   is all I can see (I think)

Have you seen the "et en s'écartant" between "Briser la glace" et "Appuyer sur le bouton" ?

I knew someone of knowledge would finally answer. That's what I love about these boards. Almost any question that's asked will find the right answer.

En s'écartant ! (moving away)

Otherwise you say "taking the (politcal) party's card" ;)
