Adding integral ECM to an aircraft that does not already have it

Hi, this may turn out to be a silly question, but how would I go about adding ECM to an aircraft that doesn't have it by default?  (Say, putting ALQ-214 in an F-111F)

 

I added the required lines of code to the DATA.ini under "Countermeasure System," but in game when I go to turn on ECM it says "no ECM is mounted."

 

Is there anywhere else I need to tweak?

Check the [Fuselage] section and see if this is there:

 

"SystemName[016]=ECM"

 

And if its not there, add the line above (sequentially of course) and re-check in-game.
