Indian AF's aerobatic team reform with BAe/HAL Hawk Mk.132

The Indian AF's Surya Kiran aerobatic team which disbanded after retirement of the the HAL Kiran trainer, have reformed with the BAe/HAL Hawk Mk.132 and will be flying at the Air Force Day parade at Hindon AFS, New Delhi on October 8.

Is the color on the roundel considered orange, red, or something in between? Distance shots make it look like faded red, but you can clearly see up close it is not. Is it supposed to be the same color as the one on the flag, too, because sometimes it appears to be redder?

Pictures can sometimes fail to properly convey colors accurately, so I've always wondered.

Supposed to be the same orange/saffron colour as the Indian flag.
