I don't think that episode was ever even produced despite being advertised. Not sure why the series was cancelled after such a short run, but I remember a lot of us fans were upset back then. I wonder if dogfights DVD has different versions...My season 2 dvd has only 5 disks,not includes the final episode.But it seems that this dvd should has 6 disks...
