Nefarious Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 Is there a way to have AI KA-6D's to deploy the fuel drogue. I understand IFR doesn't work in SF2, but I would like to be able to deploy them in missions, to simulate hitting the tanker after launch and before recovery. Any clues? Quote
Major Bloodnok Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 Here is the data for the hose in the Data.ini of the KA-6D in the downloads here. [Refuel]SystemType=HIGHLIFT_DEVICECLiftdc=0.00CDdc=0.00DeploymentMethod=AUTOMATIC_SPEEDSetting[1].Angle=50.0Setting[1].DeployValue=120.00Setting[1].RetractValue=150.00//Setting[2].Angle=50.0//Setting[2].DeployValue=125.00//Setting[2].RetractValue=100.00MaxDeflection=50MinDeflection=0.0ControlRate=1.0ModelNodeName=AnimationID=8 Try adjusting the Deploy and Retract numbers. Nefarious Posted February 14, 2017 Author Posted February 14, 2017 (edited) Got it going, thanks folks! The only thing I had to do was remove the forward slashes on Setting 2. The Drogue automatically deploys on the AI under 220 KTS Now, If I could get replace those ugly 300 Gallon KA-6D tanks with the default A-6 300 Tank. For some reason I can't get the KA-6D to load the default A-6 300 Tank. I have edited the loadout, I've even deleted the KA-6D fuel Tank folder, they still show up. Any idea on what I'm doing wrong?
