"Diamonds" on canopy

Recommended Posts

Hello folks!

On some add-on planes, some kind of "grid" or "diamonds" appears on the canopy (at least on the sea vixen and the F84F from Column5). I guess it's been done on purpose, but I'm wondering if there's a way to hide it.

Thanks for your tips!

Can you post os pic of it? It might be the cockpit reflections. Turn them off in your option menu. If you cant then they were built into the model themselves. But again I need to see a pic to verify.

I've tried with the cockpit reflection off, but it doesn't change anything... It's not a big problem actually, I've posted just to know if there's a simple way to get rid of it.

So there are the pix of the F-84F:

For the Sea Vixen:

rhugouvi,

Are you running in 16-bit color? Also, please provide us with some information about your system, namely, what display adapter and display drivers you're running.

Yep I am in 16-bit color with NVidia GeForce 4 MX 440 with DirectX 8...

Anyway, I've changed to 32-bit color, and now everthing is crystal-clear!

Thank you guys!
