The variable incidence tailplane...

Recommended Posts

Flying the Sopwith Triplane I noticed it has an elevator adjustment wheel or 'variable incidence tailplane' on the right hand side of the cockpit... does anyone know if there is a control that can be mapped to this?

In real life, this aeroplane could in effect be trimmed to fly hands off and was one of the few WWI aeroplanes that had this feature. (F2B and S.E.5 spring to mind)

Screenshot below, trim handwheel on RH side.

You can adjust the trims but the wheel is not animated for that Trooper.

I believe End and Pg down are the elev trim.
