Just purchased. Unable to download.

Hello.

Just purchased the title after remembering it existed while looking for something different to fly. Purchase went through fine and received my order email with download links but unfortunately I am unable to complete the download from the 2checkout/verifone links.

A new download will only give me around 1gb before stopping and claiming it is finished, which is obviously incorrect and only leaves me with a broken zip file. I have tried to restart the download several times which would get me maybe another 1gb before failing again. repeating this allowed me to download around 7gb of the total but now even that has stopped working. It will get up to a speed of around 700-900kb/s then hang and eventually fail.

I sent a support ticket to the 2c/veri but if their servers are anything to go by I am not expecting a prompt reply, so I thought I'd post here.

And yes, I checked my connection, it is fine. I was able to get both the FAQ and the 1.37patch from the main site just fine and have been connected to and actively using online services all day.

Are there alternate download locations or am I just screwed until the resaler gets their stuff together?

Seriously, it's a 10gb file, should have been done in seconds.

Image shows multiple attemtps to download plus the way it hangs at low speed before failing after I managed to get the 7gb or so. I've tried multiple browsers, a different PC and tried my mobile connection in addition to my main connection. I simply can not get the file.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Just want to note that I am not asking for anything unofficial or illegal, just want the files from a working official source.

have you checked your router speeds for upload/download speeds or tried recycling the router. you can also use a speed test app like ookla to check download speeds

Hey grinningmonk, make sure to send an email to the WOFF support from their site, they can probably help. Keep in mind they are on GMT, I believe, so they may respond at weird times compared to where you are. Good luck, hope you are sorted out quickly!

First thing I did. Nothing wrong with my connection as per OP. Its not an speed issue, it is a fail to deliver issue from the 2Checkout servers. Possibly a routing between Australia and the Netherlands but there is nothing I can do about that.

Received email from them overnight (I'm in Australia so working with the 10hour time difference) and problem is 90% sorted. The 2Checkout servers are still refusing to let me download so something else is being arranged. Looking forward to getting in game.

As an update. All files were provided by OBD support. Game is now installed and tested working.

Thanks to the devs for helping out. Hopefully the main download server works in the near future.

Already done :) Saw that recommendation somewhere.

Now all I need is for my back and leg to stop being excruciating so I can actually sit and fly.
