  1. Who has Star Wars Tickets?

I was told I couldn't see it until the B&C could go (possibly destroying the whole movie) but it's a sacrifice I have to make. So no spoilers dammit. E
  2. Prepare to pucker up your ummm, you'll find out

I can't believe this. The technology these guys are talking about is hokus pokus. Yeah the magnet in my belt buckle is going to interact with the gravity of the earth to course correct my non-constant body resistance through a 15 square foot hole. Okay Batman, if you say so. Also if you look at his recoil from the tramp it's not proportional especially for his mass in free fall. These guys took every law of physics and threw it out the window. I'm calling BS. I won't believe it unless I see this with my own eyes. Funny video tho.
  3. Moved this here so you can get some platform specific help.
  4. We should make this a contest where we use the top 2 submissions.
  5. 2MB is a nice image size to reduce from so it's not grainy. I like the aspect wider than taller but most stuff can be worked with. Have fun making your submissions.
  6. UPDATE: Added a few more aircraft. If you have others you'd like to see you can submit them here. E
  7. If you provide me high definition photos of them flying with a blue background I'll make them. We don't need to wait.
  8. Noticed some of you posting again and just wanted to say thank you for keeping the forums at least alive. Didn't see any posts about having problems at simhq so I just assumed you guys were looking out for us and posting here too. Thank you, and I do notice you guys when you're around. Erik
  9. Thanks!

That's not an easy question but from my viewpoint I think the overall patron base is declining but at a slower rate than most would tell you. The natural progress of life sees some go and new pilots getting old enough to want to be involved in what we do. I think it's important for the various communities whether they are Flanders, IL2, Microsoft Sim, Thirdwire, etc. that they keep things alive by being active and welcoming the new blood to the fold. I'm a firm believer that if you believe something it generally comes true. I try to always keep a positive attitude about everything and give the best we can so that folks know we're a safe harbor they can always find. Glad each of you took the time to be part of everything we do here.
  10. Thanks!

16 on the 25th of December which is quickly coming up. Wow how time flies.
  11. Thanks!

It's just the way the developers wanted it set up.
  12. New Badges

Maybe. I was hoping for something that was like the others and not a picture of the actual badge so they all are matchy matchy so hopefully there's one like that in existence. I know I looked through a couple pages of images but the badge is so rare there just aren't any. Thanks for the effort, I thought about removing the background but it just didn't look right when I did. Erik
  13. Give blood!

How ironic I gave blood today also. Can't tell you all how important this is. I know it's a hassle that eats up a half hour or so but donations are down nationwide. I want a vet to know if he needs blood he can have mine. They gave their blood for me it's the least I can do. Enjoying your freedom? Thank a veteran. E
  14. Good Computer Chair?

http://www.amazon.com/Office-Master-Ergonomic-Stylish-Adjustable/dp/B00IAV88PK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1446594931&sr=8-1&keywords=office+master+om5 This is a nice chair. My buttocks can personally attest to it's comfort and it can be adjusted to fit just you. This is my recommendation if you can't rudder on your ball. Good luck!
  15. Good Computer Chair?

That takes the whole point of sitting on a ball out of the equation. You just need the ball.
  16. Good Computer Chair?

Great! If you pop it you're doing it wrong or you need to loose weight.
  17. Good Computer Chair?

Get an exercise ball and sit on that. Great strength and toning and they don't wear out.
  18. New Badges

Russ - Find me a white background preferably similar to the rest of the badges and I'll do one for you. Thanks.
  19. Any ham operators here?

Okay we're not being nice, we hi-jacked this members thread. I gave myself a warning and I'm apologizing, sorry about that.
  20. Any ham operators here?

I just smoked one this weekend, still eating ham sandwiches. #heavenly
  21. When type A personalities clash it's never pretty. I suggest we take a step back. We aren't getting into a trolling war here.
  22. Such professional responses to an otherwise bar fight of a statement by the OP. I'm thinking this comes from just getting acquainted with things. Well done! You all get an extra cookie today. E
  23. Okay you're going to have make a safemode disk which will run your antivirus without the operating system being loaded. To do this you'll want to research how either through Kasperky's or AVG support. They'll teach you the process and get you everything you need. Of course your could always remove the drive and slave it to another machine and do the same thing by scanning that drive. There are also manual removal steps but I recommend trying the above first. The thing you've got is called JS/WORM, any search should give you more support. Erik http://free.avg.com/us-en/226386- How to http://www.avg.com/us-en/free-antivirus-protection- Free AVG antivirus, get it. Personally recommend this, never had a problem or cost me a cent. Has an upgrade nag to switch to the pro version (costs $$$) at first install and when it upgrades but it's nothing and it's not annoying. Good luck!
