  1. Conversione Italiana

  2. The only setting available to members is the local offset which corrects for local time based on the server's clock. Offsets can be set in the user control panel settings. I've been working on integrating additional language sets for the use on the boards. Local language preference can now be set next to the skin setting in the lower left corner of every page. Specifically the clock settings have been a bit tricky since not all regions of the World recognize the AM/PM extension. I was in the process of finding a solution when you posted this but luckily all should be fixed and all times are now relative and show regionally correct based on the language set you are using. ::fixed::
  3. Editing of PM's

Okay this is the same RTE bug that a patch is coming for.
  4. Deutsch-Sprachkurs

Es gibt jetzt eine Umstellung auf Deutsch für die Bretter Features und Funktionen.
  5. Editing of PM's

Oddly that's a whole separate report. Initially reported was the PM was sent and then edited. That would mean that it's "sent" not "sending" so I'm unclear how these two things actually go together. Can you help me understand so I can make sure we're either addressing the same problem or two different problems to make sure they both get resolved? Thanks.
  6. The readme.txt is in the file directory included in the downloaded files. I verified it was there. Additional information can be found in the file download description and the support topic for the file itself.
  7. Knowledge Base Hi and welcome! You'll be glad to know that you're not the first one to ask these questions. Luckily the great group of guys here have put together a wealth of information covering a wide range of topics and specifically what you're looking for. Take a read through the Begging Modder Section of the KB (Link Above).
  8. Editing of PM's

There's a patch for the editor not preserving line breaks as described. So this will be fixed in the next board update (probably a week or so). E
  9. Editing of PM's

Internet Explorer only plays by their rules they really don't care about standards compliance just patching their code base from exploits because they in their infinite wisdom decided to make the graphics engine part of the kernel. [/rant-off] I'll take another look. E
  10. Editing of PM's

What browser are you using? I can't replicate this in FireFox. Erik
  11. Apology

Thanks for the clarification it wasn't was I was thinking so glad I asked. As for the other boards I've got my hands full here, thanks though.
  12. Apology

So what exactly are you saying? I'm fairly adept at reading between the lines and I'm not sure I like the innuendos here. Some insight would be helpful. Thanks.
  13. What happened here?

I've released the skin set for use with the OFF Forum. You may also select this OFF Skin to use as your primary skin on the rest of the site by using the skin selector tool located in the lower left corner of all pages. This will allow you to view the entire CombatACE site in the OFF branded color scheme. The remainder of the skin odds and ends like colors in the editor, etc I'll see if I can get Fates to handles so I can move on to more pressing things.
  14. What happened here?

The OFF Skin for this forum will return. Otherwise spending countless hours on the OFF skin would be pointless wouldn't it? But hey I'm cool with answering posts instead of working on it.
  15. What happened here?

All thank-less work. So far I've got about 23+ hours into the OFF Skin for just this forum and my patience is . Tell me again what sucks? I forgot. The skin was removed because variables in the old skin settings were causing issues. This is true of all the skins with the exception of the main skin you see now which I previously converted. Have you noticed since the old skins have been removed the site is stable and online again? Just tell me which option you prefer and I'll be happy to offer you my solution, which just happens to be the only one.
  16. Mike is close. It's in the same menu as he mentioned just not at the bottom it's nearer the middle.
  17. Members online profile

It's not you. It's something that a fix is coming for. Thanks for the report, nice to have the feedback.
  18. New Member Downloads

Subscriptions Link above. Since this is a rewrite of the code base running the downloads I'm at the mercy of the forum software developer. They are aware of the problem and a fix may come as soon as the next release but there are no guarantees. The other obvious solution is to turn your download manager off, uninstall it, or change to a browser like Firefox which doesn't have a download manager installed in the stock distribution. Again the problem isn't the downloads or how the files are counted but how the files are requested in ranges by browser download managers / accelerators. Sorry for the hassle, again, but we're on it. Your input is valuable, thanks for reporting this issue. Erik
