Fighters number is one thing and Air combat worthy fighters number is another thing. They could have 20 or even 30 tomcats right now, but only few of them are in NORM condition for combat operation. less than 10 probably.

It's the Serir ejection seat. They built it based on the Russian K‑36 seat, but in action it performed terribly.
