I might enter, if I find a store around that carries them. If so, I might actually put my B-47 decals to good use... ;-)

Thats one less to worry about. ;-) I am not very fond of Boomers in general. Too sinister for my purposes.

I would also like a mode like this. Would make the campaigns feel progressive. -

Wings over Europe

Just Plane Wrong. The graphics are superior. I spent several years with SF2 and returned to the First Series recently for the multiplayer. While WoI does not look bad, it cannot hold a candle to the rendering and lightning of SF2. SF2 gets all the new neat features. Like DLC, Campaign Editor, Mission editor and is activly worked upon. SF2 North Atlantic - with F-14A is upcoming. And it looks stunning for a SF game. It also gets all the mods, such as the Scandinavian Front and the upcoming Korea Air War. I played SF2 on a DirectX9 computer. Loading times was a little off, but it worked fine. Also, kindly check your spelling. We want to help, but its a tad difficult getting to know what you want to ask. -
Modding and Multiplayer
JonathanRL posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Hello. Me and a friend - after much bantering about who would win a duel in the skies in SF2 - has decided to each get ourselfs Wings over Israel (or rather he will, I already have it), and duke it out in Multiplayer. We are both fans of the Swedish Air Force, so my question is: How does mods affect Multiplayer? Is it possible to use mods, does the file systems on both installations have to be identical or is there something else to consider? Thanks in advance Jonathan (PS: Give me a holler over PM if you got Hamachi and want to fly and fight against me) -
Modding and Multiplayer
JonathanRL replied to JonathanRL's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Well, something F:ed up anyhow ^^. He can see my games, but get a error when he tries to join them. I cannot see his games. We tried reinstalling and all that, so we are fairly certain its not the mods... -

Thanks, Cocas :) I will then arrange a special mod pack for us both to use. I am the only modder of us both anyhow :) -

With respect, do we need three threads about how close SF2: NA is? :D -
OT: WTF do I do here in BF3?

...or just skip ahead to the Multiplayer. -
DCS Black Shark & A-10 at 50% off. Novalogic Classic Sims at 5 euro sharp:ish. Arma at 50% and alot other nice ones. Dead Island for about 8 euros (if that was not an error...) Do pick up Rainbow Six Raven Shield if you enjoy tactical shooters. I for one gifted three of those, then filled my bag with DLC for Shogun 2 :) And in 24 hours, we get more nice daily deals.

HAWX 2 tries to be all "simulatory" but fails miserably and just turns out awkward. However, if one have not played either game, the second is better then the first.
-
I got HAWX for the Arcade Action (Already had WoP), and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 when I want a simple shooter that is not BF3.

Stalker was on sale yesterday. I got Train Simulator 2012 for me. Mostly to satisfy the child within me :D

Somehow, I doubt South Korea would import Patriot Missiles branded as "Fireworks", taking the long way around... -

Operation Longbow 1.1 By JonathnanRL As the 1975 Dhimar-Paran war ends with the exile of Parans Emperor, a discovery is made in the deepest corner of Parani Mountains. A mineral mine, large enough alone to sustain the Empires economy for generations to come have been discovered, much to the dismay of the Dhimari whose oil supply after decades of war have either been spent, burned or sold. As the eighties arrive, Paran have reinforced their Air Force with western jets, cut most of their ties with the Soviet Union and become a member of the United Nations. Dhimar however does not trust the military buildup in the region and argues that a pre-emtive strike to "subdue" Paran is necessary. The Kingdoms true goal, however is control of the mineral mine. The United States, seeing the need to aid their ally reluctantly sends Air Force and Marine Corps Squadrons to the region in order to defend the Kingdom, should Paran attack. On the last of Januari, 1983, A lone Parani Mirage strafes the American F-15s based at D3 Airfield. The next day, The Kingdom of Dhimar attacks the Empire of Paran. Angered by the attack upon their Forces, Ronald Reagan orders the US Forces to support the Dhimari Offensive... You need everything but SF2: Israel Expansion Pack 1 for this Campaign. It is designed to work in a Merged Installation and uses Aircraft from all four as well as Expansion Pack 2. Optional Add-On Aircraft: Theese Aircraft will be present in the campaign if you have them installed. If they are not installed, others will take their place... I felt STO had a little too much of a grind to pay for, but as a Free2Play Title, I am all for it. Did not get very far - only played for about two weeks - but I liked the custumization options.
