  1. I see... In truth, the only RN plane wich I really want to fly here is the BEAUTIFULL Firefly FR.5. The model we already have for WOX looks totaly wierd, both 3D and FM. Man, I love this plane! BTW, is there anyone in flight simms around? Just to look at. Thanks dude!!
  2. SkippyBing, not only the Swordfish could be "adapted" to WOX, but this http://z13.invisionfree.com/Flying_Stations/index.php?showtopic=12 Sea Fury wich is far superior from ours.
  3. Love this "Zero"!! The cowling should be yellow too, he he he!!!!!
  4. A Masterpiece !!!! Geo's standard!! Can't wait the Raiden! BTW, the KI-44's cockpit fits very well for the KI-84 with only small adjusts. If you want to place in the KI-84 follow the instructions bellow. -Drop the entire "Cockpit" folder from the Ki-44 install to the Ki-84's one -Drop the Ki-44_cockpit.ini to the same place and rename it as Ki-84_cockpit.ini. Inside it, change the seat position to this "Position=0.0,-0.012,0.999" That's all!! Thanks a lot Geo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Up here http://www.geos-aircraft.com/SFAircraft.htm
  6. - P-61A/B Black Widow - J7W Shinden I could even sold all my underwear for them! Two of my all-time favs. The most impressive is... nobody's working on them ! I REALY WANT THIS PLANES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Moonhappy? MEhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Umbelievable how fast it goes!!! An Olive drab and black schemes please!!!
  9. Wrench, I just figured out what's wrong with my install. I believe the problem is related to the small airfields. The game starts OK but the planes explodes as soon as the screen appears. It may happens with invisible airfields, I know? May be some editing on Okinawa_targets.INI or someplace else... Am I wrong?
  10. This also works fine: As Wrench showing above, in the *.*DATA.INI find the "[AircraftData]" list and add the lines below following the numeric sequence. Component[010]=Remove1 [Remove1] //ParentComponentName=Fuselage ModelNodename=Empty DestroyedNodeName=ArresterHook <---- name of the object you want to erase DetachWhenDestroyed=TRUE HasAeroCoefficients=FALSE That's it!
  11. Wrench, your latest terrain is super , but I have a bug - a single one. All my planes wich operates from SMALL size bases crashes before take-off. It's the old bug relate to the size bases... It'll get worst when playing a future campaign with carrier-based planes. My install is over SFP1/V8b patched. Any cure, instead changing the DATA.INIs? Another question; how can replace your terrain tiles for the Korea(found here - http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=7830)ones? It's only a personal taste. Thanks so much for that!!!!
  12. Holy Mother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to fly it!!!! Congrats!!
  13. Any news from him? In his page there is two new aircraft under construction, the J2M3 and the Ki-44. They seems to be completed but pending the cockpit. I think that they could be released without the cockpits as the Tigercat. Should be a great addition for the Wrench's new Okinawa terrain.
  14. Wrench, could you contact him? I'm just leaving for a weekend rest right now... No time. Thanks for the news!!!
  15. Stunning by all means !!! Veltro2K, sorry for bother you again, but many P-61Bs in CBI front used a IDF ball just behind the removed turret. Would be nice to have it "inactive" for other fronts and them activated for the proper ones. This could be done be inside the DATA.INI as the example: [AircraftData] EmptyMass=9571.0 EmptyInertia=78500.0,85500.0,160500.0 ReferenceArea=56.67 ReferenceSpan=20.60 CGPosition=0.00,0.50,0.00 Component[001]=Fuselage Component[002]=Nose Component[003]=LeftWing Component[004]=RightWing Component[005]=LeftStab Component[006]=RightStab Component[007]=VertTailL Component[008]=LeftOuterWing Component[009]=RightOuterWing Component[010]=EngineNacelle1 Component[011]=EngineNacelle2 Component[012]=VertTailR Component[013]=Remove1<--------HERE [Remove1]<-------HERE //ParentComponentName=Fuselage ModelNodename=Empty DestroyedNodeName=IDFBall<-------name of the object DetachWhenDestroyed=FALSE HasAeroCoefficients=FALSE [Fuselage] ModelNodeName=Fuselage ShowFromCockpit=TRUE DamageRating=DESTROYED and so on.... The exemple above is to hide the object. Needless to say that without the "Component[013]=Remove1" it apears normally. Please, consider this. Thanks a lot!!
  16. Wrench, could you post your updated FH-1 Phantom to download? The same found here http://forum.combatace.com/index.php/topic/31823-ww2-invasion-of-japan/page__st__100 Thanks anyway!!!
  17. That's it Wrench!!! I also notice that the radome was translucid. It can be done easily for this simm.
  18. I just read in a book that most of the time the turret was used fixed to fire ahead, if not removed. This allows the crew to be reduced to only two man.
  19. The top turret can act as a regular defense turret, wich was controled by the third crewman seated at the rear dome, or fixed to fire along the cannons to the forward. I realy don't know if both ways could be modelled...
  20. BTW Veltro2K, please, don't forget to modelled the two small glass panels in the side of windscreen. http://cfsportugal.no.sapo.pt/P61cockpit.jpg http://www.zenoswarbirdvideos.com/Images/P-61/P-61Bcockpitfront.gif
  21. Awesome !! If he canopy frames shape are rightly modeled and the inner frames/cockpit has its own skin, we can apply the open cockpit method until a custom cockpit is ready. Useless to say that both pacific and europe skins are in need...
  22. Holy mother f%&$#@!!!! My fav plane - the deadly P-61!!!! Veltro2K, don't drop this project please! A cockpit for him might be welcome too!!!
  23. Awesome!!!! Dude, would be terrific if you use oyur super skills to modeling the P-61 Black Widow. Anyway, my deepest congrats!!!
  24. Folks, I'm trying to remove the Ki-43 canopy's frames to replace the Ki-84's office by using the OpenCockpit=TRUE technics, but when removing the framing (named Box05) the whole cockpit disapear! Is there any tip to do it? Thanks!!
