Out of curiosity, what percentage of pilots fail? Is it like 50% on the first try, 25% never pass kind of thing?
-
Like it would be possible to forget them!

You mean you saw the An-225. There's only one, it's the Highlander of cargo planes.
The 124 is slightly bigger than a C-5, the 225 is quite a bit bigger than the 124 as far as wingspan and MTO.

Oh, NOW we see the violence inherent in the system!
Come and see the violence inherent in the system!
Help, help! I'm being suppressed!

When parts of the plane warp from the heat, you know it was a big fire!

I don't know what you might say
But that mishap looks like Class A!

How can you tell it's "spanking" new vs simply new?

Yeah, now at the end of the production line a bunch of export orders have been secured. I don't recall which countries offhand, but I do remember Qatar being one along with NATO.

I think this will turn out to be a mistake, but I might be wrong.

Laser face removal?

Am I missing it, or is Spiderman 4 not on that list?

I've not tried that, no, but the general rule of thumb seems to be if you're using XP the add-in card is better, but if you're using Vista it's better to use the onboard sound. That's more because of the way Vista's driver model handles sound than anything else now, plus the fact that with the powerful CPUs we have now all that stuff we used to rely on offboard-processing for sound effects is no longer necessary.
However, since you aren't buying the card and have it already, just try both. First go with onboard only and try all your games and see how it fares. If something's not right, you can always disable it and put the Audigy and its software on. I don't recommend trying the other direction (audigy first) because the SB software is so big and involved and if you wind up NOT using the card it's a waste.

You know who's going to be upset about this? Universal!
Right now I can think off the top of my head of 3 rides at Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure here (Hulk, Dr Doom, Spiderman) that use Marvel properties! Hulk and Spidey are also 2 of the best ones there!
There's no need to make it G-rated, as their film division has done harder stuff for decades now, they just want to make that big Spiderman/Iron Man/X-men money.

This link worked fine for me:
http://forum.combatace.com/index.php/topic/46424-reviewing-the-logitech-g940/
I tried it again and it still works fine. It's under reviews/hardware reviews if you go there manually.

Yeah, but never underestimate the power of FREE!

They very well might later on. However, in the near term this gets them something modern and western to examine and use under their terms, "to see how the other half lives" as it were. That knowledge can then be applied to upgrading or designing their own stuff later.

I've used an electric daily since I was 17. If I try and go more than about 30 hrs without shaving, though, the razor starts to choke on it around my chin. My facial hair grows way to fast and thick for my convenience. I know a guy who only shaves every other day and even then he has less on day 2 than I have after less than 24 hrs! Dammit...

Yes, in youth vs experience youth will often lose.
What sucks is once you get the experience you've lost the youth.

The Robot Chicken skit of the stormtrooper bringing his daughter on the attack on Leia's ship at the beginning of Star Wars for "take your kid to work day" was hilarious too.

Well, in this case something more precious than money!

Why is it a pair of panties, but just one bra?
Why does cargo go by ship, but shipments by trucks?
How can you have a hot water heater, when you don't need to heat hot water?

I think "shape" has to be the most bland euphemism ever invented!

I forgot Belarus had Flankers. I just watched Defiance about the Jewish resistance in Belarus last weekend, too.

Big rotors are never quiet. The Chinook isn't known for being stealthy.
The way to make a helo quieter is to lower rotor RPM, but I don't know what RPM the V-22 uses vs others.

I have a subscription, but apparently it's a very small company and the guy running it ran into some hard times (divorce among other things) that have seriously delayed his schedule. I forget when I got my last one, but it's been awhile. I'm still waiting to see what happens with it.
