I guess it's simply summed up: If common sense really was, it wouldn't be so uncommon, would it?

Besides, it's pretty easy to fly OVER a rainstorm.

I've never cared for throwing weapons on utility helos and calling them "combat ready." UH-60s, AH-6s, OH-58Ds... They can't be as durable as the ones built for it from the start.
Gimme the ones bred for fighting like the Cobra and Hind!

There's a 1.09 coming out? I'd not even heard.

Whoa, those are neat. Strangely enough, I have almost all the Clancy games EXCEPT for SC, of which I never got Pandora, game 2.
I have all the GR PC releases.
Actually, there are a couple of R6's I never got. Never had the original (or the Eagle Watch expansion for it, naturally). Also never got the last Rogue Spear addons...Covert Ops and Black Thorn I think?
Anyway, while I like GRAW 2 and Double Agent fine enough, they don't give me that thrill the older ones got.
Best of the series: SC, SC:Chaos Theory, Rogue Spear w/Urban Ops, Raven Shield w/both addons, GR1 w/both addons.

Graw 2
in The Bunker
Well, it was that way for GRAW1, so I suppose GRAW2 would follow the same convention. I had a 256 card when I played GRAW, but now I have a 512 so I can max it out.
I'm not sure what the price difference is between the 320MB and 640MB versions, but unless you really can't swing the extra $$ or plan on upgrading again soon I'd go for the bigger one as it will last you longer.

I also sleep only 6hrs/night (aside from the weekends when I sleep more like 10 hrs) yet I still have little time available. A scant 7 hrs between getting home from work and going to sleep goes by all too fast...

Here's hoping you get a reception like the new BSG and not like the new Flash Gordon!

IIRC, they mentioned the DL section at SHQ will be back later this year. No word yet on specifics or what it will have.
As mentioned, though, most stuff is already here.

Like many other planes of its generation, it's still out there outselling its supposed successor!

Ignore at your own mortal peril.

FYI, calling people names and/or making threats is a good way to see a thread deleted. Civil discussions of negatives in various areas is just fine.
Remember, attack the idea, not the person/company/website/etc.

GRAW 2
in The Bunker
I'm almost halfway done with the SP campaign and I've played the first 3 missions coop. All in all a pretty solid game. Sure, it has room for improvement, and it's still not the same as the original GR, but it's good in its own right.

Do you have the latest TIR software from Naturalpoint? It won't recognize the game without it.
I don't know if you need the vector expansion to make it work or not, actually. I had the TIR 4 and it works fine. Do you get the blue light at all?
-
Well...I watched the first show and didn't bother to watch the 2nd. Not worthy of my time.

Should you find there's a game that requires SM3.0 to play (the X800 is only SM2), then I would recommend the card I have now--the X1950Pro AGP. Better bang for the buck than the best nvidia AGP cards out now.
If you can find a dual core 939 chip, that would also be relatively inexpensive, but stock has pretty much disappeared in favor of the AM2 socket (I'm guessing you have 939 based on the chip).
-
Oh, ok. Here I thought maybe it was a controller you could plug into the USB port and get dual-analog sticks.

He's lucky...interactions between cars and aircraft usually don't end too well for the airplane.FastCargo
Unless the airplane is on the ground, in which case the car definitely gets the raw end of the deal!

I'm sure it's lurking Hebrew speaking people. Rule of thumb is that you always get many times more readers than posters.

18!?!? Oi vey, I remember back then.
I'm almost twice his age!!

Well, if secretaries and trees can get a day, why NOT flying?

It's amazing the rate of HD failures among modders. Seems to happen to them more often than to anyone else I know.
