I've heard good things about Western Digital - I have LCie. pretty much anyone will do, just be sure you get a big enough one to use for backup. Are you using it for backup or as a main drive? you've only got 20gb left on your computer? have you gone through to clean stuff out that you don't need like old programs that you don't use?

you've missed the point. Its not whether what he said was funny or whatever. It is the discretion of talking to a reporter and having those comments printed from a senior officer in command of a ship, or sub. Its simply the fact of life that all of us who have or do now wear the uniform have had to learn and deal with for a very, very long time. The press has established itself very consistently as the enemy of those in uniform who will very gladly print or broadcast any comment taken out of context to crucify someone in uniform. It has been so for a very, very long time. This idiot forgot that and is now about to pay the price. There is a very fundamental difference from being in uniform or not having ever worn one. I do not say that to critizise. Its simply a fact that most of us have learned the hard way.

That one is built on the MF F-14A. You have to FIRST install the MF F-14A. Then all should work just fine.

dumb question, but how do you get into a Thirdwire sim there?

the oddest one that I heard was a recording of a Russian station that transmitted in Morse code. Except the operator didn't use the standard key. he said "dah di dah dah" on and on and on and on...............

try turning all your graphis options to low and see if it still happens. And as silverbolt suggests, check your video card driver. what specs are you running?

the skin turning white is caused by a problem between the skin and the model. Might be a problem in the ini file or something. is that an add-on skin? However, your screen shot looks OK. No problem there so not sure what you mean. what do you mean by "turning into a slideshow"? is this only with that plane?

concur. the statement "Trust me, any pilot could have done this... " simply screams of ignorance. fact is, we've lost quite a few aircraft and far too many aircrew to Snow Geese. I can recall an E-3A going down with the entire crew after a similar collision with a flock of Snow Geese and almost loosing an E-4B in similar circumstances. God was with that crew (all of them) who were by all acounts, well prepared and trained and very, very fortuneate to be able to execute a controlled ditching under very time-compressed and geographically fortuneate conditions.

First Eagles is pretty good and yes, its built on the same engine. There are mods for that and for the WOI, WOE and WOV (which are essentially the same game but different scenarios).
