even with basic textures you can give look of flaky paint and metal looks...this is a flaking paint real pic I pasted and made opaque to give the wear n tear look...it also applies to bare metal...these are from my Indian Flanker. -

This is from my p47...I made the metal look by using real aluminium pics and selecting bits to use as each panel etc,adding weather etc is time consuming but worth it... -

New prop,spinner..new gears...animating was a mare...better canopy etc...ignore paint its temp. new cannons (not blocky any longer) rounder intake,was an early model I did when had`nt done many 3d models,so low poly...and blocky...so updating the parts.. -

I tried my su-9 which works perfect pre may patch...it bounces like a bronco....added the new flightengine.ini and its less but still there...so its deffo not just that...tho the ini has changed slightly. new top old one bottom. some entries I changed...but only the meshdetails.. Not 100% WWII but close enough... remodelling the seafang as it was very basic...new rudder,stabs,ailerons,exhausts,manifolds... redoing canopy,new props,gears etc to smooth it off a bit and make it less polygonal...(blocky...lol) -

I do one install thats of the last good patch...ie 2july2012,and main installs...patched main installs...and the other is ok...so if its fucked by a patch...a la 2013 may patch...its a matter of delete it,and copy over the july2012 one :) -

E4B Tried to find numbers but cant...so they will be iffy...lol..im not sure the wings had the grey splinter camo either,I think they were plain grey...unless you know different.. original pic bottom,but this is a 4...they also flew the 7 later.(S9 + FS.piccy).as in the text on that pic. -
