  1. ok,ill try fit it in.. heres some more redone intake as it was a bit blocky,also new intake interior itself. now looks smoother.remapped nose too,but need template to redo the panels at front,as the mapping will stretch if its to the jpeg dimensions.
  2. I painted all the F-16D B50+. jpegs blue except 2 you see and this proves its not mapped,the radome I mean.
  3. looks like its just got a 3ds max colour assigned to radome..the areas on the texture 001 is just the lines on the radome,if u look at the colour of the Radome,in the D it isnt on any texture for the D. Radome [396 polys, 1188 verts (decal)] 'Material #38' I think he forgot to map the radome itself.

  5. ok,after having a little look about...heres what ive set pylons as...going by Royal Navy site pics. also canopy explosive chord ...disregard color of glass as its not set properly yet.
  6. You are corrct,but im sure ive seen an FA2 with extra pylons,if im wrong I ll adjust the model.
  7. Make a layer with coulred squares or similar and save ,then check in game what colour the radome is compared to the squares or whatever you used shows.
  8. Yeah I had to do some by hand too. ok Radome is now a mesh(remapped it) I added some polys to nose so I can now remap that bit too. Fixed pylons now so only what you want is selectable,moved them down in pic for ease of viewing. adding new belly pylons too.btw :)
  9. I use the meshsmooth or such on my stuff now,so areas like you say look bettermespecially around areas like gear doors etc.
  10. ok heres list of stuff done,and under way Remade canopy glass and screenglass, Outriggers now corrected. DONE Added antennaes etc DONE Remade wheel. DONE new canopy frame interiors as old were flattened and caused poly flashing.(polys too close together) DONE remapping nose,and Radome...under way redoing pylons so they are better selectable....Underway may redo the landing gears(if got time) new cockpit,dash...DONE
  11. ok remade wheels,added pitots,etc,tidied up some mapping,cockpit,are,panel etc. Redone nose as it was too pointed. working on the canopy glass,refuel probe,nose mapping is wrong\stretched,will fix that.cant promise to fix everything,but will do what I can. heres some progress shots

I just checked and the models above I have,there are quite a few things wrong,flashing polys,wheels are too low poly,and some mapping errors,also missing refuel probes etc etc,im off this week,and will try to fix what I can. PS. will fix them so it wont affect existing skins,I ll do the probe as selectable.

  15. ahhh my bad...I didnt realise was for the IcelandNA TW terrain...good stuff...stock is bland.

  20. Wasnt happy with cowling and somehow overlooked the venting flaps too,had them on earlier model,so I decided to make it better ...reshaped cowling,just got to finish right flaps,and the engine is flat so redoing that too. New and old.
