    yep deaktivier mal den weapons order ( umbenennen oder verschieben), und schau ob's dann geht. der MW-1 ist ein RP , hat also eine rakete ... wenn die rakete für ein pod fehlt dann crasht das spiel.
  6. Well, outdated info or mixed up back then. The AN/AAS-38 ( not ASS , thats a typo ) , also known as NITE Hawk and later as TFLIR ( TargetingFLIR ) IIRC comes in three versions: AAS-38 sans suffix - initial version, no laser designator, it was simply a FLIR used for FA-18C and D Night Attack versions which can display the FLIR image on the HUD AAS-38A - upgraded version which has a Laser ranger / Target designator, in service since 1993 on C/D Hornets AAS-38B - further upgraded version of the -38A with improved tracking capability The pods were always loaded on the left fuselage station AAS-38 were phased out beginning in may 2008 AN/ASQ-173 is a passive laser detector / camera. Is loade don the right side fuselage station and can work together with the AAS-38 to get targeting information ect, became obsolete with the advanced -38A/B versions I think it is set as a Nav pod in the weapon data to keep it different from laser designators or it was somehow loadout limited back then.
  7. mixing up old and new packs will7can work technically. But there are several changes which come with thelatest editor which are not applied or only with default values if a old weaponpack is run throuogh the new editor. Those are specific drag values for all items ( editor adds a default value ) and a CEP value ( always 0 by default ) for all bombs/rockets ect. The good way to go is to use one of the latest SP 5 compativle weponpacks ( TMF WOI weapons ) and then add other older stuff you want manually step by step, updating their data as you go.
  8. Yes... if you have a laser designator pod the video will stay on after you dropped your last LGB, it will go off ( and remain off ) when you select a different mode or store. EOGB and EOGR video will be off when last weapon is released, which is OK for weapons like non data link Walleyes, HOBOS, GBU-15 and Mavericks. Data link for later Walleye's, Popeye etc which give video feedback is not supported.

  16. it can be made look like ther's a landing going on... with static objects ont he beach. That was done in the Falklands Mod there are more vehicles and stuff on the beach which arent visible in my screenie.

  18. I havent fiddled with this in a while... but.. iirc... use the mil size to adjust your fixed sight image then use a tga of the same size for the gunsight reticle, with the painted reticle downsized proportional to the grid of the fixed sight.
  19. the good way is to take either the stock weaponsdata or the TMF WOI wpnpak and then add all extra stuff you want manually. There are several new values which are not correctly added with the editor while importing old data all old objects further need a new shadow entry to have shadows for them, that means in most cases making a new ini for the items too. running the old Buny pack through the editor makes it "working" but by no means working good.
