  1. more test pics.. blue skin with fuselage markings to far back - fixed already, must update the test jet
  2. THE paulopanz strikes again!
  3. I think that a few aircraft received the special fins on the fuselage underside with integrated flare launchers, replacing the standard fins. So a partial RIMS fitment to counter the IR SAM threat. No modification to the brake parachute housing. The photo in the book shows a fully RIMS-updated F1AZ (1988+), you can see the mountings for the pods on the 0-station.
  4. They stuffed a few chaff packs into the airbrakes ( i think the latest version of the data inis should have that, a one-time dump of 4x chaff ) The RIMS update was ongoing during the end of the border war, but most aircraft received it post-war.
  5. The updated (ASTRACed) Moroccan F1CM VI / EM VI use the centerline station for the Damocles pod.
  6. Extremely slow going. But we are getting closer.. at a snails pace.
  7. Does the Hornet Tanker have the D-704 style refueling pod ?
  8. For real training, the French Air Force used two embargoed F1EQ6 to provide familiarization training to USN hornet pilots...
  9. The FFV ADEN pod had two configurations: 150 rounds capacity with empty shell casings retained ( no ejection ) 200 rounds capacity with empty shell casings ejected Just infomatical...
  10. Sukhois

Not bad.. for a start.. ;D
  11. How comes that I have suddenly 2 badges in the upper right corner in some of my posts ???? Not in this one but in others.. weird... and its EG badges But there, for example: http://combatace.com/topic/88137-delta-wing-mirage-screenshots/page-4?do=findComment&comment=715823
  12. Err.... badges...

    Ah OK, nothing wild then...
  13. Yes, not sure but I think it comes with a Korean F-4 package..
  14. I think we have one ( older model ) already, but I dont have it in my wpn folder anymore. Cant remember from where I got it, probably one of the older wpn packs or planes that come with extensive extras ...
  15. No proper D-704 pod model yet, yep. The shorter pod is also a Douglas design (D-827, iirc), and also license-produced in France by Intertechnique , becoming the Intertechnique 231-300 series pods. The D-704 holds 300 GAL of fuel, its both fuel tank+gas station combined. I made a mod a while ago, where I integrated the short pod we have into the A-7 droptanks/loadout.
  16. The RPL 201 was originally developed for the EQ4, and thus got the nickname "Irakien". Thats a Rubis FLIR Pod on the 33-NF. The French Air Force bought only 6 or 8 pods, in the late 90's or so ( would have look up exact info ) It required a enhanced HUD-type for displaying the FLIR video. The left cannon had to be removed when the pod was used. Rubis FLIR was (I think) also a (planned) option for the EQ6 but in the end the capability was not required/added.
  17. Not yet. Few variants used it. The Iraqi EQ4, 5 and 6. French F1CR and CT. And thats it.
