Where is the MOD folder

"C:\Documents and settings\ "My name\My documents\Thirdwire\StrikeFighters2 Israel" is the mod folder. "User" is in Win7/Vista setups. -

Whatever you end up choosing, check the screen viewing angles first hand. Some laptops distort colour, brighness and contrast when you're not looking at it from a specific vertical angle. Also glossy screens are worthless. Only usable in the shade.

I don't think Holywood types will care. A few days ago in CoD Modern Warfare 2 I saw a single seater F-15 casually take out a building with AIM-120. If people buy that, how hard will be to persuade them that a cruise missile can be controlled by Skype and XBox 360 gamepad...

OK, how long will it take Holywood to make a movie about Somali pirates hijacking a ship with those and figuring out how to use it? I wonder if our mlitary tech people will start marketing six-packs of Russian anti-helicopter mines as well. "Don't like Apaches flying around? Put a passive supersonic sleeper on every rooftop!"

You don't need to download anything. Go to controls.ini, find entries on keyboard control of roll and pitch and set centering rate to 0. This way you'll be able to use keys for fixed adjustments to control surfaces position. Although, I think, that trim will reset after a sharp joystick movement. -

To avoid Esc-pressing accidents go to controls customization and set End misson to Ctrl+Esc. Much safer. Don't forget that Shift+Esc is ejection. Without any visual effects, but still helps in campaigns. -
Yeah, it got pretty worthless lately. Still popular in this country for some reason.

Start with single missions in stock game for training, take available planes for a ride. Then install the mod and see how much it impoves and adds. -

Don't modern radars have a database of signatures? Not to mention that if you monitor where all your planes are and know who tracks what, then picking enemies isn't that hard.
