This is crazy... Like Plan 9 tied to Star Wars and taken through a paper shredder http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7069307816427160377&q=turkish+star+wars&total=239&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=0#

This would be incomplete without the Turkish Star Trek http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7185067049150068960&ei=yYBJScvKNqfYqAOJw_HOBQ&q=turkish+star+trek And here is Turkish Superman And something about Turkish Spider Man (most bizzare of all) http://www.i-mockery.com/minimocks/3devadam/ And finally short clip form Turkish E.T.

Next they'll digitize old and long dead stars, generate or sample their voices and start making same movies with the same people. And the weirdest books will come true http://www.amazon.com/Nostradamus-Ate-Hamster-Robert-Rankin/dp/0552143553

Hornets from a huge nest start stinging people in a small village in China, kill a child. Chinese army roll out a flamethrower. (In English) http://www.centurychina.com/plaboard/posts/3858758.shtml (Chinese original) http://news.xinmin.cn/rollnews/2009/11/20/2949428.html Now that's pest control

Lucas's already added a few CG extra effects and replaced Luke's father's ghost in the original trilogy.

Brilliant. MW2 devs managed to piss Russian authorities off. In the country where we don't even have a content rating board it's reported that they've cut the Russian airport civilian massacre scene from the Russian PC version (compulsory web activation downloads a little patch to block the episode). Console versions sales have been halted altogether for now.

To TrackIR or not to TrackIR, that is the question
Gr.Viper replied to xclusiv8's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
What are you wating for? Go get it! Seriously. After flying with TIR for a while it's hard to imagine flight sims without it. It feels so.. uh.. natural. You want to check your 6 - you turn your head. You want to look closer - you move head to the screen. You want to lean to gunsight in First Eagles - just do it. And since I tried it in Armed Assault I don't understand why more first person games don't support it. 4th works fine too. And is cheaper -
how to adding ILS to non-MFD pits
Gr.Viper replied to orsin's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
I said that? I know for sure that in SF2 series no-HUD pits have ILS bars either on their art. horizon ball or on a special director panel. Maybe even stock WoI pits had them. -
I have SF2 Israel/Vietnam/Europe...Why do I need SF2 (original first release)
Gr.Viper replied to RichardG's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Well, SF2 doesn't have the planes other games don't have. It has merc campaigns though. And the terrain... -

Murphy's law in action. Our flight of F-8C escorting some Skyraiders got jumped by a flock of Frescos. Wingmen and I line up for a 'winder shot at those who are engaging the bombers. Loud growl - launch. The Fresco of my choice breaks right sharp, AIM-9B decides that A-1's exhaust is hotter and easier to hit. Wingie's Sidewinder finds the Fresco of the top right corner of the picture no fun and goes for A-1 too. Luckily, no one got hurt at that moment. How hot were those ehxausts from A-1 engines in RL? -
I read, that in 1987 in Iraq after particularly successful MiG-25RB missions mechanics would kill a lamb and the pilots would dip their hands in its blood and make palm marks on still warm fuselages.
