Threat indicator isn't that necessary... You already have sirens going off in the pit when it is lit up. Those are TK clouds. The degree of their awesomeness depends on the angle at which you look at them and the distance. The get more detailed as you fly closer - at a distance they are old semi-transparent patches of white paper. Also noticed I can tell the altitide by the shadows. There's a lot of ambient lighting down below. Up at 12km the contrast between shadow and light is so sharp.. close to the one in space due to thin atmosphere. Just did a high altitude "hop" in latest WoI and didn't see that much difference.

I have a suspicion, that TK upgraded clouds a, bit but I can't quite understand how...

Кидаешь файл плагина в максовский plugins, запускаешь макс. Если все ОК, в панели инструментов (где кнопки создания примитивов и пр.) переходишь к последней вкладке Utilities, жмешь More и выбираешь Third Wire Object Exporter. Там появляется новая менюшка конвертера.

Epizikl, если задуматься, что быстрее и проще - написать гневное сообщение о том, что кто-то не знает что-то, затерянное в соседнем топике, или же просто дать ответ/ссылку на ответ? Сам бы сказал, но ни одного мода с кабинами под рукой не имею. Помню, что в DATA.ini надо влезть и найти этот фонарь (скорее всего canopy), и присвоить ему в качестве управления не то что там написано а одну из клавиш запуска анимации. Есть конечно и вариант с исправлением параметров, что бы автоматически открывалось-закрывалось, но этот ритуал я успел забыть.

Odd... In SF2 I see AI do tons of head-on attacks without ever colliding. Maybe another of TK's "little tweaks". Or maybe tighter furballs in FE leave AI less choice of actions.

If you're a pilot, the exact reasons behind gun jam aren't that important. It's jammed and you can't use it - that's what matters. If unjam is possble - great. Otherwise you're screwed. I think probability model with some extra parameters is enough for that.

Aces High is missing from WWI films... Not that I'd vote for it (even though its flying scenes were re-used in Blackadder 4), but still. Count my voice for the Blue Max. Won't vote for post WW2 movies 'cause I haven't see half of them and don't remember the other half. Anyway I find documentaries a bit more facinating :yes:
