I maintain CAT II systems and we may be getting a CAT III aircraft. However, it has EFVS HUD and like the SWA aircraft....you can see just fine... Most of our aircraft are CAT I and we have opspecs that will allow us to fly 900 RVR, with an additional 100 feet if we can see lights at 900.

You have to love AutoLand. FC couldn't live without it. Avionics are great......but once your on the ground...it can be even more of a nightmare.

Very reminiscent of the Roselawn, IN crash back in 1995 when an ATR turboprop went down on Halloween night. It's also the same thing that happen to Comair Flt 3272 that crashed in Monroe Michigan in 1997 They issued an AD in that incident that required all AFM and POH's to be changed to advise Flight Crew of "What Ice is" and why to avoid it at all cost. AD 96-09-24 I've got some pretty tough opinions here, so I'll just keep them to myself and pray for the families. M

If you like Newcastle, you also may want to give BASS a try as well as St. Pauli Girl Dark, and Werstiener. Bass is my favorite....it's very much like Newcastle....

WOOT! And yes....Tillman family should get one, but that is completely up to the Cards Owner. The NFL pays for a ring for every member of the Team....not office staff or anything else, just the team (players, coaches, coordinators, assistants). The Owner then has the option to purchase as many more rings as he wishes for the rest of the organization. A couple years ago, Colts Owner Jim Irsay purchased several rings and even gave one away to a lucky fan that won a contest. I think that was in a little poor taste, as the rings should be earned, and should stay within the organization, but....the owner payed for it...about $3500

Strike Fighters Anime in the Works
Fates replied to ShinKazama88's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Sci-Fi/Anime/What If Forum
James "Rodeo" Franklin Age: 42 Rank: Lt. Colonel Hair: Scruffy Brown Eyes: Brown eyes Aircraft: F-106 Delta Dart Background: James, a Texas steer rangler turned farmer, began flying crop dusters at the age of 19. He would frequently use the small aircraft to move 400 head of cattle back into fertile feeding grounds. As his brothers and family grew older, he left the ranch and worked for the government spraying "insecticides" in different areas of the world. He occasionally met resistance on the ground and in the air, but his prowess with the Crop Duster to lead the steer to water has made him the master positioning other enemy aircraft for a quick kill, or acting as bait to lead them to their demise. Youth and skill have no match for his wisdom and treachery. -
