How come no one has put one of these monsters in WOE?
-
Something that NON-American's have wanted for some time for the America's Army Game is the ability to re-skin the soldiers and remake audio so they can completely remake the game into German, French, Brazilian, Israeli or even Irish I'm sure there are non-English versions of the game, but they are all US Soldiers.....imagine being able to re-skin the game and change all that? I have no idear how far the mod tools go, but I know that this will NEVER happen in America's Army Game. Fates

Let me know if we need a download category. Cheers

Accidents cause MAJOR structural damage....incidents do not. It was BOTH engines MajorLee... It appears that there may have been a computer/electrical glitch. Evidently the software isn't BUG free. The Co-pilot is now a highly paid Beta-Tester....LOL Fates

Gentleman....there's much more going on then you may be aware of. As a Beta, I can only say so much, but it's common knowledge that AA is headed towards a new game engine. I can say that your thoughts and opinions probably will ring true for AAO as it is today. The Game will split IMHO and you will have 2.0 and 3.0 editions. The 2.0 will be an older engine with mods, maps, etc...etc... You will have a great deal of mod-ability for the game. I hope that they continue this into 3.0, but since it IS a new game engine, the Devs may limit this to some extent. I'm not sure who knows how much content will be able to be ported from 2.0 to 3.0, but I believe that it will be limited to some extent. Much like any game, there comes a point where technology has out leaped the software, and the Dev's behind America's Army are quite aware of this. It is time for a new game (America's Army 3.0). You guys are in for one big friggen suprise...hehe...hehe...hehe...muhahhahahaahahaa.... Cheers~ FatesODB

What game do you think has the most potential to be the SPOILER?
-
Any one else? .....Anyone....Woohoo!!!, Anyone at all? Nope...sorry LOL (sorry...I have a neighbor that's an avid Steelers fan, and he's from Pittsburgh, but he's a total ahole......and acting accordingly during the game.... I like the Steelers, they just need a couple years to rebuild from the loss of Giving up Randel El, Bettis, and several others.)

. Yeah...he has a lot of records. I'm just curious as to what exact act Bret Favre did to make him selfish, and put himself before team. He's on par to break the Consecutive Starts record, which is like the only one left I think, he played his 250th start on Dec 09 after seriously being banged up the previous game, and instead starting this game and then taking himself out after a few throws......he played all four quarters. Bret Favre is the Chuck Norris of Football.

What personal record was that?

Jacksonville is definitely strong enough to whoop the Patzies, and if they can't do it, my Colts will just have to huff and puff and blow their stadium down and set right all the wrongs that the Patz have down to us over the years. I honestly think the Patz will dare Jacksonville to knock the chip off their shoulder and and that's just the wrong thing to do to that team. Jacksonville (31) vs. Patriots (28) With Antonio Gates questionable for Game 2 at Indianapolis, this gives IND a huge advantage to move forward. I watched Phillip Rivers play and honestly I wasn't impressed. LT couldn't get things going and Gates is hurt.... They will have to play their perfect game to beat the Colts in Indianapolis. PHillip Rivers is going to be throwing balls towards Bob Sanders, and that's spells turnovers. 70% of the planet is covered by Ocean....the rest is covered by Bob Sanders. Sorry....can't predict any score when my Home Team is involved....don't want to Jinx it. Mike

Downloads will be the wave of the future.....no plastic required to litter the planet. Things will simply beam up via cell phones, digital OTA airwaves, etc...etc... I simply don't buy into a new DVD format when there will be another monster in 3 years.

Ten new V-22 Osprey will be in Iraq for combat by September, the Marine Corps said Friday. Built by Boeing Co. and Bell, a unit of Textron Inc., the planes' deployment marks a significant reversal for an aircraft program that was nearly scrapped after two deadly test crashes and a history of mechanical failures. The medium-size, tilt-rotor plane, which takes off vertically like a helicopter and flies likes a plane, replaces the CH-46 Sea Knight, a 39-year-old assault helicopter used in the Vietnam War. http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D8OG00BG2.htm

10. ??? 9. ??? 8. ??? 7. PGR Series (XBox 360) 6. Guitar Hero II (Xbox 360) 5. Rock Band (Xbox 360) 4. Spy Hunter (NES) 3. Battlezone (Atari 2600) 2. Gauntlet (NES) 1. Defender (Atari 2600) The top 5, IMHO have forever changed the face of gaming. Rock Band is something that is incredibly simply, yet so fun for the whole family, much like the Wii. I play this with the kids all the time....they always want me to sing though since I already now the words to all the classic rock hits. Spyhunter was simply a game that I loved to play for the music. I thought it's use of music was well done and it goes to show you how effective music can be while gaming. The COD series has blown me away with their musical scores. Battlezone introduced the 3rd dimension to gaming....what a breakthru that was. Gauntlet too the pnp gaming (Pen and Paper) and but it on the NES and was a precourser to games like WoW. However, one may certainly argue that there were Role PLaying video games out before Gauntlet....like Wizardy and Zork, but Gauntlet really broke the mold with multiplayer abilities. Defender....one of the first "Flight" Sims that sucked up all my lunch money while traveling home from school....when I finally got an Atari 2600, my local vid store went backrupt. Love this game...

It's a fine idea, but to cover every good sim done we would have forums upon forums that would rarely be used. We already have that now with some forums. I try to start with a broader forum.....General Flight Simulations......and if there becomes enough need and request to split a topic category off into it's own forum then I vote we should do so. Unfortunately, older sims, like the Janes Sims have a declining crowd of players and are less likely to support that vs. creating a new forum for a new sim. Fates
