  1. No problem, I must add though that right now I have only the patches for WOV & WOE, so if anyone wants to upload the other patches (WOI, SFP1 or FE), go ahead.
  2. I had a hunch that there might be another one coming, but I'm surprised by TK's swift execution.
  3. C'mon, it's not the first time that TK has released a refinement patch soon after a new update came out....and don't forget, the sole reason this patch exists is that TK did listen to our feedback to the Sept 2008 patch. For example: * Guided bombs, when EASY Weapons Effectiveness Option selected, are made to hit their target easier. I'm not saying that this change was necessary, but it sure is a nice move by TK.
  4. Except for the recon missions. Flying MP's F-117 (Cold War setting, Lockheed version and therefore just armed with a camera) into Soviet-controlled Eastern Europe was one of my most exciting sim experiences ever. It would be soo great if you actually had to 'take a photo' instead of just fly to waypoint #5.

  6. First impressions: D'oh. TK fixed recon mission loophole. Now you really have to fly to the mission waypoint to complete the mission. Also, I like the updated map.
  7. Right, nobody reads the readme these days: IMHO most, if not all the fixes are based on the feedback TK received after the release of the Sept 2008 patches.
  8. Are you planning a big campaign there, Baltika? Oh yeah, for some random fun use UpgradeType=ANY On a more serious note, you can also change the skins used during a campaign. UpgradeType=FIXED Upgrade[01].Year=[YEAR] Upgrade[01].Type=[PLANETYPE] - should be the same as above Upgrade[01].Texture=[sKINNAME] - of the new skin That's mainly for the AI units, since you can change he skins used by your flight in the loadout screen anyway. Also useful, especially if you're not a fan of random movement...the Rebase order (that comes right after the UpgradeType line) Rebase[01].Date=[MONTH/YEAR] Rebase[01].BaseArea=[bASENAME] - as given in the targets.ini
  9. Fallout 3

That would be an honest statement. Minimum requirements are often not more than a joke anyway. The official FAQ says "GeForce 6800 or better", but that doesn't really tell you anything. They also say that Fallout 3 supports the Geforce 7300 series, which the 7500LE is apparently based on. But I do assume that even when my current card will be sufficient to get Fallout 3 running, it still wouldn't be fun, since I probably would have to accept significant cuts in terms of quality and screen resolution.
  10. MiG-19 article by MrG: http://www.vectorsite.net/avmig15_3.html#m3 The P had only the wing cannons and the PM had none, but could carry four Alkali missiles. I know it's easier said than done and hard to tell from that pic you've posted, but it seems to me that the new nose section needs some reshaping.
  11. RF-8

RF-8 sounds like 'more work' to me.
  12. Fallout 3

I did check the Fallout 3 site and they don't mention it, but the same could be said about NVidia. I do have the impression that the 7500 LE is some sort of illegimate offspring nobody wants to talk about... Guess I will know more in a few hours.

  14. I had a similar experience after trying to use an campaign made for stwa's Bering Strait terrain with the DBS terrain. Only then I realized that it might have been a good idea to compare the targets files of both terrains to see whether they match or not. Detailsdetailsdetails....
  15. A little help here

Huh? How? Now that's an explanation I would like to hear.
  16. The Person Below Me

True, but then again I do have faith in the constitution (Article II) The person below me regrets not having served in the armed forces.

  19. Fallout 3

I'm definitely getting Fallout 3 as soon as it's available, but I'm a bit concerned whether my GeForce 7500 LE card will be able to handle it...
  20. I made a list today and came up with about 40 additional Crusader skins that ought to be done. VF-84 is somewhere in there, but for me it has a rather low priority. I rather do skins of less known units first....and not to mention that I might have a lot less time from now to do any kind of skin. Even repaints of existing skins tend to take away a few hours... I made this one a while ago already...it's nothing special, but I do believe that you can't have enough Dash One skins.
