  5. I found this pic in Detail & Scale #31 (page 34). The photo's caption reads: Another scheme used on the Crusader was the overall gull gray scheme (which was introduced in 1977) with subdued or low visibility markings. This F-8J, 150661, was assigned to recon recon squadron VFP-63, and was photographed at El Paso IAP on July 20, 1980. VFP-63 received some F-8J in the mid-1970s for training purposes in order to preserve their RF-8. And as you can see their RF-8 were painted in the same manner:

  15. SFP1/WOV/WOE are on the same level, but WOI introduced some changes (including the weapon data) so that it needs its own weapon pack, which won't work with any of the previous ThirdWire games.

  20. Guys, those download links have nothing to do with winRAR or 7Zip programs, it just seems to me that only those links to files with .7z extension are apparently broken.
  21. I'm not sure whether this is of importance, but I did notice that those download problems occurred only with .7z files, while I could get files packed with RAR without problem.
  22. That's funny, because I had no problems downloading a skin, but just got that 'garbled mess' instead of an aircraft.

    Kurzfassung: Carrier Ops verfügbar in Kampagnen und geskripteten Missionen, aber nicht solchen die durch den Missionsgenerator erzeugt werden. Koordinaten bekommt man mit dem Missionseditor heraus. Steht alles aber schon in der Knowledge Base, z.B. hier.
  25. They're actually made for it, but according to the fas.org site they're used only with the F-16 and A-10, all the other aircraft carry only a single-rail launcher known as the LAU-117.
