Luftwaffe Eurofighter production scheme for craigbrierley's EF-2000 Typhoon --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know that Craig's Typhoon already came with a Luftwaffe skin, but in my opinion it did not have enough individual aircraft number decals. So I made a few and while I was at it I decided to give it a slightly different paint job as well. Thanks to craigbrierly for his fantastic Typhoon and sundowner for his impressive template! Installation instructions -------------------------- Extract the contents of the rar file named 'Lw' into a TEMP folder. Read the text file for further instructions. Legal stuff ------------ 1. The work may not be used in payware projects or in projects that will not be freely distributed under these same terms. 2. You must give proper credit in your readme file. 3. If feasible, include the original readme along with your new mod. Additional notes: ------------------ This skin comes in a 1024x1024 resolution. Should there be any demand for a mega-rez (aka 4096x4096) version, let me know. If there are any questions regarding this skin (or its installation) feel free to PM me at combatace. Gocad
  4. Ernest Borgnine has passed on...

    RIP
  5. It's a shame that this info isn't available for all cruises and not always complete (see Vietnam era), but otherwise it's indeed a great source.
  6. IIRC TK has stopped releasing templates after WOE...not to mention that most DLC release so far were pretty much just new skins as well.
  7. That's what I made before I started doing my own decals....I also added some 3rd party skins into the mix. I always found it difficult to get together an air wing that would have matching tailcodes.
  8. Maybe it was a Crusader in disguise...
  9. I'd like to to see a high-viz Long Beach, but I would also take an Albany Class cruiser. I also think that we could use a bit more ships that are more like 50s/60s designs.
  10. Buried Spitfires in Burma!

Battle of Britain Memorial Squadron, Typhoon replacement...endless options. Still, it would be nice if they find some of the Spits and bring them someone back into the air.
  11. Random Carrier shots... converting the Kiev into radioactive vapor...
  12. OMG!

    Happy B-Day, Wrench!
  13. Holy Frak!

    A belated Happy B-day, Dave!
  14. In that case they would have went back in time twice!
  15. Pfft, I'm pretty sure it should be common knowledge already that bad things happen when you grant the AI access to nucular weapons.
  16. In Soviet Russia MiGs chase you! That's what the editor is for.
  17. That's probably because the the Spitfire in your pic is a Mk XIX and AFAIK there are no Griffon-engined Spits* available for SF...which is a shame really. Ok, there's are the DAT Mk 24 and 46/47 Seafires, but for me they are different beasts really
  18. detailsdetailsdetails It would be nice though should TK meant by missing features the RF-8G he ought to add. What?
  19. Well, soon the release can be delayed for a more than two weeks Still, it kinda begs the question why TK put SF2NA in the store in the first place then if it's that far out.
  20. I think TK made it quite clear that he would not do new pits for a DLC plane, which should tell you a lot about the chances of a "real" A-4M or late model Phantom. I also get the impression that the F-4N/S just soldiered on for the same reason the Crusader stayed....the Navy had still some carriers left that couldn't take their latest fighter.
  21. Which makes you wonder what's worse. a known release date that's still an eternity away (at least that's how it feels) or one that's unknown, but it could be like today or tomorrow. Discuss!
