  1. I truly hope that TK will release it before I get my hands on ME3...
  2. I'm pretty sure the short version will be: "Two weeks!"
  3. Nah, even the reserve squadrons had gone to the F-4 by then. The sole US unit flying the F-8 at that point was VFP-63. I'm still gonna put teh Saders into the SF2NA install. Be afraid, Mr. Bear.
  4. They're still in the SF1 Download section... VFP-206 TPS skin VFP-63 Low-viz skin
  5. All you need to skin any Sader is Naval Fighters #15 to #18.
  6. Nothing wrong about discussing things as long as it makes sense to discuss them. But frankly I don't see why we should bother debating whether stock skins are appropriate for all units at any time frame. We got templates (once they're available/made) and applications (Photoshop/Gimp/Paint, etc.) for that.
  7. So far TK has done one skin for each unit/aircraft and in most cases they will tend to be "wrong" at some point within the game...so what's the point debating whether a skin is appropriate or not?
  8. and I would like to see some RF-8G shots as well, but the way I see it SF2NA is a Tomcat game...so far TK hasn't even said if the A-7 will be flyable. Not sure if this has been answered already, but given the changes to the game itself, will it integrate into the previous SF2 games?
  9. Not really, as the Phalanx was added in the 1980s Besides, I doubt that TK would show off half-finished models in game.
  10. I Like CombatAce Because....

    ...it's awesome? That's a rhetoric question mark
  11. "Good morning Mr. Bear." Still, the second screenie is far more interesting....
  12. kim jung un

    "This is gun?"
  13. And it's not one of a kind. There's a pic of an Eglin-based Viper in the current Combat Aircraft with the same scheme.
  14. Which would be especially hilarious for the Royal Navy if they went back to the B model. But if the tailhook issue has any truth in it....wow. Talk about epic fail.
  15. This weekend's mount... Never been a real fan of the 109, but this model is gorgeous...
  16. OT: Miserable Computer Experience

(Minor treadjack, but I can't resist) Some thoughts regarding dealing with customer support : - If you notice an issue with a product you just purchased, report it IMMEDIATELY. It shouldn't take more than five minutes to do so (unless the company gives a damn about customer support and has not set up sufficient capacity to handle all customers in a timely fashion), but you got to understand that in our mobile world most people won't accept the statement "I haven't had time to call you yet, but this issue is very important!" - If you get the impression that the customer support agent you're in contact with is unable (for what ever reason) to help you, request (and by that I mean demand) to speak a supervisor. - If you call about an issue, make sure that they provide you with a ticket number. Yes, ticket systems ought to have the feature that they generate an e-mail notification, but thus you can be sure that the ticket has indeed been recorded in their system - No matter how skilled you are with computers, do not try fix an apparent hardware (or software tbh) issue yourself. Getting back to the actual issue, I hope the matter will be resolved in your favor.
  17. Happy Birthday hgbn

    Happy B-Day!
