Hi all, This request may have already been posted in the past, I would be surprised if it hadn't, or I may not have seen the skins, but has anyone skinned the famous Jasta 11 Albatros D.III's of early 1917? I know the popular M.V.Richthofen's D.III has been skillfully done in several forms but what of Werner Voss, Karl Allmenroder, Lothar V.Richthofen, Georg Simon, Kurt Wolff, Otto Brauneck and others.......in their Albatros's It would be great sight to see these prime Jasta 11 pilots headed by MVB to take on the Allied scouts!!! Would anyone take on this project as I am sure I am not on my own in wanting to see Jasta 11 in all its glory!!! Jasta15

Yes, thanks for the info., I was aware of the subtle changes to Jasta 11's aircraft of the time, but not sure in all cases what they exactly were. However as this was, in my opinion, the most famous and wrote about group of pilots of WW1 and possibly THE BEST Jasta 11 had to offer during the great war it a shame not to see them in all there glory in FE!! This looks really good, cant wait to fly it, what skin do you intend to use? Is it getting close to completion yet? Jasta15

Been away for a while to find a whole host of new aircraft, really like flying the Nieuports in all forms!! A few planes that dont seem to have been done yet which would add some of the more obscure types: Roland D.VIb Hannover CL.IIIa Anyone planning on doing these in the near future?

Been waiting for this for a while and its worth the wait, Super job Laton, just took her out for a sortie, took down several SE5's no problem! Seems highly agile and very manouverable (does this tie in with actual reports of the aircraft as they had a number of wing failures?) you get the real feel of that single wing and that it does not give the same amount of lift as a biplane. Are the rates of climb etc...in the DVIII modelled this way, how does it compare to say a DVII?? Jasta15

Hi Just got my First Eagles and can't believe in the space of a month or so how many skins and new crates have been created. I want to get my hands on flying the Albatros V, can someone help me on this subject? Jasta 15

Thanks Laton, with your excellent aircraft and v. Deutschmark's skins this should be a fantastic addition to FE collection!!!!!

Bloody April 1917: This was an era in the air war of WW1 that surely must appeal to most FE followers? What is in place for this part of the air conflict? We have the German aircraft (AlbIII), just need the 'Bloody April' skins, in-particular the Jasta 11's with the Richthofen brothers, Wolff, Schafer, Allmenroder, Mohnicke, Brauneck etc..... On the British front we really only have the BE2 a 1914 aircraft or the DH2 an early 1916 aircraft and the French have the Spad VII & Nieuport 17 on the way (April 1917 Skins?). Maybe some British 2 seaters or a Sopwith Pup would be the only 1917 additions? As anyone else got an angle on this or plans for a campaign? What if any is the WIP with respect to new aircraft and skins of the period??? Thanks Jasta15

Great to hear from Tex & JFM concerning Bloody April, I assume that no one else has any other WIP on this period???

Looks great, cant wait to fly the nimble little fighter!!!

Firstly once again a great plane from the A-Team, Thanks!!! This may sound simple but would be effective, just have two to three aircraft loaded with each type of armament, one with the Lewis's installed, one without and say a further one with the right lewis fitted. You can then simply select from the loadout screen. each could be modelled to reflect the set-up with Lewis's extra drag, without extra speed? This would mean further work from the A-Team but would be simplw fix or am I missing something here?

Hi Does anyone know how you can change out the sims fictional pilots names in the single mission/campaigns and substitute with your own pilot listings? This would enable you to formulate a squadron with 'actual' pilots matched with their skins. Is this possible and how can it be done? Jasta 15

Laton, How is the DVIII coming along as not seen a post for a while, what Jasta skin are you planning to apply? Which ever it is it looks great!!! Jasta15

Hi Like the sound of all these monoplanes, but what of the great little German Gem the Siemens-Schuckert D.IV, a great little nimble fighter. Unlike many of the mono' s this saw combat with Jasta 15 amongst others. Would this not be a great aircraft to produce and it would compliment the Fokker VII's. Siemens-Schuckert D.IV Country: Germany Manufacturer: Siemens-Schuckert Type: Fighter Entered Service: 1918 Number Built: 123 Engine: Siemens-Halske Sh IIIa, rotary, 160 hp Wing Span: 8.35 m Length: 5.70 m Empty Weight: 540 kg Max Speed: 184 km/h Ceiling: 26,000 ft in 20 mins Crew: 1 Armament: Two 7.9 mm machine guns
