Now that's it'a running, another problem! I can map all the keys on my joystick but the hat switch doesn't work for the views. It worked before so what could be the problem? Logitech Extreme 3D Pro.

Okay, so one more thing. Pol says the game won't run right with the No CD. Is this right? If so, what's not going to work? Thanks again, guys!

Followed your steps, IT WORKS! The only thing I did different than the 30 times I tried before is use the No CD .exe. I know it's not supposed to work right in the game, but at least I can run it now. Now to get the joystick to work.Thanks, Al!

Yes, still foloowing the thread. Everything else I own runs fine with the new card. Since I'm having a problem running CFS3, I'm trying to find another copy of CFS3. If I ever do, I'll try that. Sorry, Pol, didn't mean to be a bother to you. I know you're busy. Won't mention you in future posts.

I don't know. I uninstalled CFS3 and OFF and deleted everything including hidden files. Re-installed both and, same frickin thing. Screw it! I'm putting my $50 coaster away. I guess the only WW1 sim I can fly now is First Eagles, better than nothing , I guess. Thanks for all your help guys and enjoy OFF. :)

Mine is a PNY GTS 250 and is not OC'ed. Checked the site u listed and searched my card and is shows to be not overclocked. :)

Treid using disk 2 and same freeze at mission initialising screen. Out of ideas. Wonder why Pol hasn't responded? About to give up for good. I just don't know what else to do. Every game I have runs except this one. :(

No, not using the no cd. I was using disk one, am I supposed to use disk two?

Uninstalled and searched and found the two hidden files and deleted. Reinstalled and the same, freezes at mission initialising screen. :(

CFS3 installed and patched to 3.1. Did play it once before install. I know it works with the old card because I played it just before switching to the new one.

Okay, uninstalled and deleted EVERYTHING. Re-installed original from cd and attempted to run the original, unpatched. Same...freezes at mission initializing screen. :(

CFS3 does run, but extremely sluggish. No, didn't remember to delete those. I'll try that.

Did uninstall drivers and Phys X with a new driver cleaner and installed 186.16 drivers. Still freezes up at initialize screen! I'm about to give it up and move on. Just don't know what else to do. You guys have been great and thanks.

Yes, SLI was enabled. I disabled it but it didn't fix the problem. Not sure if it was cleaned or not. Will check and see what I find. Game still not working.

Yes, same problem. Starts at initializing screen and just sits there. Tried 1024x768, no luck. Same problem. I just don't understand. It ran great with my "old: video cards. I had two Nvidia 7800 GTX's before.

1280x1024, Game set to run at same. I re-installed again, no luck. Sames as before. I'm stumped! Everything I have runs except this game. I just don't know.

No, I did exit on left. Refresh rate is same as monitor. It's at lowest setting. Thank you for your help. I AM still trying!

Rolled back to original older drivers, still no luck. I'm guessing I just can't run the game with this video card. Don't mind the $50 I donated to OBD cause it's a great sim. Just can't run it. Have fun guys and thanks for trying to help.

I have been trying it with my desktop resolution. I guess I'll try some older drivers and see if that works. Thanks.

Thanks for your help, uncleal. Sorry to be a bother to you.:) I did reset, I did go to config and reset everything. I re-installed because it wouldn't run after I installed the new card. My pc does recognize the new card because all my other stuff runs like a dream. I'm at a loss.
