  5. That is why I quit using PSP. Photoshop is so much easier to make tga's. Have you tried simmer paint shop to see if the have any instructions?
  6. Slow, still working on avionics for the stand in pit. Been busy with 2 other projects and the USAF is keeping me busy too.
  7. Can the pylon take the weight and length of the SRAM? SRAM wasn't made to go onto just any fighter as it was a big missile. So I think that is the reason why you can't load it.
  8. MK I thought someone did already? But for the life of me who was it....
  9. Happy Birthday To

And share with you? Surely you jest? The last time you didnt share with me.....
  10. Just bought m first YAP product and the F-100F alone is worth the price admission. The Misty FAC missions are excellent. I highly recommend it. What was Misty FAC? In 1967, a group of combat-experienced fighter pilot volunteers were brought together in South Viet Nam to form a top secret squadron with a now-famous callsign -- MISTY. They were stationed first at Phu Cat Air Base, then in 1969, they moved to Tuy Hoa Air Base. Their mission was to fly fast and low over enemy territory, armed with only their cannons and marking rockets... so low that they could see the targets... SAMs, AAA sites, trucks, bridges, boats, bulldozers... whatever. Their goal was straightforward: disrupt the transfer of enemy supplies and equipment down the Ho Chi Minh trail. When a Misty located one or more of these targets, he directed Air Force and Navy fighter strikes against them. Mistys flew the two-seat version of the F-100, the F-100F, and although they flew fast (350 to 550 MPH), and they continually jinked (i.e., changed direction) to spoil the enemy's prediction of where to aim, still, 28% of the Misty pilots were shot down. Their first commander, Colonel Bud Day, was one of those shot down, and he became a POW in the Hanoi Hilton. Those who survived went on to important positions, including two Air Force Chiefs of Staff, six general officers, two astronauts, and the first man to fly around the world unrefueled in a light aircraft.

  12. Does anyone have a decal sheet for the 614 TFS or any of the 401st TFW from Torrejon AB circa 1991. If you do, can you let me know. I need a high res scanned one. Thank all.
  13. Stiglr is partly right about the online play with one exception. When you are fully patched to the 08-30-06 standards the online play is rock solid. It used to be a pain to connect and it CTD'ed often but now, no CTD's, or the like. I am just getting into the MP with the series and some of us flew online for 3 hours straight and it didn't even hiccup once. The Dogfighting MP for this is just outstanding. The COOP leaves a lot to be desired, alot.......
  14. HAPPY STRAYA DAY!

I will still out drink any of you Aussies......you can't be an Irishman......
  15. 8 you need to jink off the target man....
  16. Happy Birthday To Fracture

35 today, beat me by 2 months! Have a good one man.
  17. Set your default strike loadout for example to something you want for the year you plan on playing and it will show up. When I use the F-16C BLK 52, I have it set up with LGB's, drop tanks, AMRAAM, ECM pod and winders and they show up everytime. Here is what I mean. Loadout[01].WeaponType=AIM-120C Loadout[01].Quantity=1 Loadout[02].WeaponType=AIM-120C Loadout[02].Quantity=1 Loadout[03].WeaponType=AIM-9L Loadout[03].Quantity=1 Loadout[04].WeaponType=AIM-9L Loadout[04].Quantity=1 Loadout[14].WeaponType=GBU-10D Loadout[14].Quantity=1 Loadout[15].WeaponType=GBU-10D Loadout[15].Quantity=1 Loadout[11].WeaponType=F16WTank Loadout[11].Quantity=1 Loadout[12].WeaponType=F16WTank Loadout[12].Quantity=1 Loadout[13].WeaponType=ALQ-184(V)2 Loadout[13].Quantity=1 Loadout[18].WeaponType=LIGHTNINGPOD Loadout[18].Quantity=1 Works great.
  18. Dagger you are cleared hot!
  19. When fully patched up they are pretty much the same. You can put carriers into SF, you can get a separate Vietnam terrain in SF as well. I keep SF around for mods of different eras but I keep WOV strictly Vietnam.
  20. I have, using those procedures, as I was the one who figured out how to do it in the first place. Did you open the GERMANYCE_TARGETS.ini in your terrain folder and add the cooridinates from Kreelins editor? Should look something like this: [TargetAreaxxx] Name=Yankee Station Position=592000.00,618000.00 <--------------this is where those coordinates go. Radius=5657 ActiveYear=0 Location=9 Alignment=FRIENDLY CarrierStation=TRUE did you then open one of the campaign.ini's and add those stations to the campaign? Looks like... [CarrierUnit001] CarrierType=CV59 CarrierNumber=59 UnitName=CV-59 USS Forestall ForceID=1 Nation=USN BaseArea=Yankee Station NumSquadron=6 BaseSize=MEDIUM Experience=100 Morale=100 Supply=100 Finally did you add a carry to your groundobjects folder in order for it to show up?
