I went to the Hangar, but couldn't find anything with your file. Do you have a link you can point me to, please? I'm making some progress. I got the game to recognize my stick, but still no go with the throttle.

I got TIR to work. What I really need is a tutorial for set-up of my CH Fighterstick and ProThrottle. I just can't get it figured out. :helpme: I can't figure out how to get the game to recognize the hardware. Can anyone point me in the right direction??? Thanks.

Ruggbutt, Thanks for the reply. Wow, I can't believe how long it's been since I checked here. I kinda gave up on DCS. I've decided to try DCS, again. I would greatly appreciate it if you would share your profile. I have a Fighterstick and Pro Throttle. Thank you, TurtleHawk

Thanks, again, Dave. I noticed that the installer has options to delete saved games, uninstall all installed games and reinstall, in one click. That would seem to be the simple way to go.

Are you guys doing an uninstall, before using the new installer? I'm thinking that's the way to get a complete fresh installation. Thanks.

I did a fresh install using SF2NA, May 2012 patch, and everything seems to work. I can land on the carriers. Must have been pilot error.

This is the same question I was trying to ask, apparently not very clearly. I think I understand the answer better, now. I may still wait for the ODS update, especially sinces the May 2012 update has been released.

eburger68, Thanks for the reply. I'm using a full merged install with the SF2 Europe exe., patched to April 2012. I'm guessing I may need to install the SF2NA files, even tho' I'm using SF2E?? There are several folders with different dates in the SF2NA options folder. I am confused exactly which ones to use. I'm probably not explaining this well. If you're going to post notice of a problem, it would be helpful to know what patch level you're on and whether you have SF2NA merged into your install base. Eric Howes

I'm still getting passing thru the carrier deck, when landing. Everything else seems fine. Fresh install, hotfix 4. I know it's something on my end. Should I try the carrier files that were posted earlier, maybe?
