Gepard An apology for the low vote, finger slipped on a 2 while the brain was headed for a 4. Been playing on your terrain for a few days with Gerald14's MI35 (thank you Gerald) and having a great time. It's so good to see some interest in the choppers, they're lots of fun. Just starting the campaign, having a ball! Thank you so much for your hard work, looking forward to seeing the terrain finished and an expanded campaign and hoping it will get more interest up in these amazing birds. Thank you again M-M

FD.......what you downloaded is not an aircraft, it is just the ini for modifying an aircraft..the DRI is available at another site..have another go, would recommend Latons Fokker DIII, very nice aircraft, easy to install and competitive with the stock ingame aircraft..go get um tiger M-M

Well guys, Bort has totally shut his site down, making this a pretty sad day indeed ! Was on earlier this AM, gonna chat with him and see if this thing could be settled amicably but the comments were turned off, couldn't leave a message. He has my e-mail address, hoping he'll try and contact me.....this just sucks M-M

Welcome to CA flashdahrma...Its a good place to be...I assume you've downloaded some planes already, if you unzip them and look about most of them have instructions. If they do not, SOP is just copy and paste the aircraft file in the zip into you FE aircraft folder...sometimes they come in several folders in the zip, make certain you get just the aircraft file itself or she won't work....open up your FE aircraft folder and have a look at the structure of the stock aircraft and it will give you an idea of whats needed........Go fly!!! VERY well said Firecage, very well said indeed........Thank you Sir M-M -
Fokker EI, starts the "fokker scourge", 80 h.p. engine, handles decently, needs more power = EII, 100h.p. engine, faster but the extra weight of the engine hurts the handling = EIII, extend the wingspan, and the length, same 100h.p. engine, kicks the " fokker scourge" into overdrive.. allies retaliate with the DH2 & the Bebe = EIV, twin 80 h.p. engines, twin MGs, tho some of the IIIs had them also, all that extra weight kills the handling, oops, end of the fokker scourge.........Makes one wonder what would have happened if the germans had allowed Fokker access to their fine Mercedes engines, as he kept begging for all this time, just how much longer this fine little aircraft could have held onto its air superiority in the war???????? I thankfully commend you guys on all the effort and research your putting into this project, and if whoever does the F.M.s gets it right, on all three planes, this will be one of the most important historical addons in ANY WW1 sim! Throw in the first ever SP3 as icing on this delicious cake.....This is way past exciting M-M

Bucky.... Sorry to say I haven't flown any of your missions yet, not into the late models much and don't have any of Capuns stuff. But would like to try your missions, have you thought about one with the early planes ?...Between Latons great work,DMs skins, and Borts early birds, which I'm pretty sure most everybody has by now...could put together a real rip snorter I'd bet!!!
