She comes with a $124.99 price tag but, I will be getting one. Now I have to build the wall mounted cabinet I have been putting off for so long. I prefer 1/72 scale myself. 1/48 gets too big and I think 1/144 are a little on the tiny side. Just my opinion though.

WOW is right. I have the A-6, A-7, F-8 and F-14. Very nice. I am happy with them and the more affordable Hobby master 1/72 scale items. Those are the 2 lines I am currently collecting. I got away from Corgi and Dragon. Not happy with Dragon diecast.

I went to a gun show this weekend and picked up a CA legal AR-15. Basically it has to have a fixed 10 round magazine (you need an allen wrench or the tip of the round to release it). You have to push the rear pin and pivot the upper receiver on the front pin and load the rounds from the top. I know that sucks but, if I move out of state it is a quick fix to make the magazine removable. That among other things is almost reason enough to get out of CA. Now I have to wait my 10 days to pick it up. I am sitting on 500 rounds just waiting to be sent down range. I went with the standard front sight and carry handle rear. Its what I know. BRASS.

when they apply the whole pimp my ride idea to an A-10 gau-8. To chrome out a warplanes cannon is a bit much (even if it is a demo aircraft).

I know there are F-15's in Decepticon colors. Anyone consider making skins of these? I really need to get in to the skin business I guess. Actually a GI joe mod with aircraft and other vehicles would be cool. Maybe I need to get in to the mod building business as well. I just don't know where you guys find the time. OK, I was in the marines in the 90's. I grew up playing with a GI Joe Dragonfly (loosely based on the cobra and I still have it). Never could get over the size of the apache. The cockpit area and fuselage just seemed large to me. I am not saying that it is not a capable platform. I just prefer what the Corps uses in the MAGTF. Stick with the home team.

I read an article on the updates to the USMC helicopter fleet with the yankee and zulu. I think it was in Combat Aircraft in July or so. It is amazing that these birds have been so useful, upgradeable, and the longevity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AH-1Z I love the Cobra so much. Such a narrow profile. Prefer it over the apache.
