Well lookie here...
stuntman replied to tn_prvteye's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
My 2 cents is he is not wrong about that. A mod is used at the users risk, and it's not tk's job to fix this. But adding features is. One way or another, that won't stop me playing his games or his apps -
Strike Fighters modern combat for PC

On a similar topic, I'm quite impressed with the job TK made on the new maps. It looks really good -
Strike Fighters modern combat for PC
stuntman replied to logan4's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
I didn't buy the PC version, but plan on buying all the in app purchases of the Android version. Just as I bought all the pro versions of his apps and made a few purchases in SF Israel app. Even though that might not be the best way to bring TK back to PC market...I could buy the PC version too if there was some way to synch saved games between different versions -
Strike Fighters modern combat for PC

Export of assests to .LOD is possible, but the planes lack internals, so they would need to be reworked -
Strike Fighters modern combat for PC
stuntman replied to logan4's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
the game is good on an android phone or tablet, but seems unadapted to PC. let's hope tk makes more ambitious pc development in the future -
Air & Ground expansion A6 problem
stuntman replied to BrockyD's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
Just delete or rename the data.ini from the A&G mod. The game will just pick up the default one located in the .cat files. If you want, you can extract it using the cat extractor tool -
Air & Ground expansion A6 problem
stuntman replied to BrockyD's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
This is probably caused by out-dated data.ini. Try reverting back to default ones -
Models can be exported from the apk while conserving wrapping and then converted in lod, so yeah it's possible. On the other hand, the planes lack internals (ie cockpit and landing gear), so they need to be deeply reworked. Not to mention copyright issues... But i agree with you, it IS a gold mine, and i just wish TK would have released more AI packs.

Installed Starfighter Super Mega Pack & DLC028 but no F-104A and F-104C
stuntman replied to TheStig's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - Mods & Skinning Discussion
Do you have cockpit.ini as well as associated files in the correct folder. Also, did you edit f-104.ini file to make it flyable? -

TW Puts a SuperBug in StrikeFighters ........
stuntman replied to SkateZilla's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
That's what I was hoping for a while. But the Android models are lacking internals (cockpit, gearbays), so the amount of work would be too important for tk. Only variants of existing Pc models would be quick enough; like late variants of f-14, f-15 and f-16, early Skyraiders, Chinese variants of MIGs... Anyway, as paulopanz said,tk left a long time ago... -

Terrain Renaming Question
stuntman replied to allenjb42's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - Mods & Skinning Discussion
in IsraelMEDL.ini, did you add the following: CatFile=..\IsraelME\IsraelME.CAT ?? Eventually, you can also rename target.ini, types.ini, any critical ini file...then it should work. -

Stand In Angola Terrain?
stuntman replied to Spudknocker's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
I was at work when I posted, butt i've just read this: "It is reccomended (read: REQUIRED) that you have Pasko's SAMs and Vehicles Pak installed in your GroundObject folder; either or both the Desert or Euro skinned vehicles, plus any additional vehicles such as Kesselbrut's ZIL truck pak, Infantry paks, Moonjumper's fix for the BM-14-16 (adds working Kytusha rockets) and any other SAMS or AAA, vehicles or whatever strikes your fancy. " Thank you allenjb
