  1. UH-34 template


    UH-34 Skin Template

    -------------------------

    In this package you will find 2 psd i made to create new skins.

     

    These are not actual templates per se, you will not find any panel lines layer for example.

     

    I just duplicated the original skin, and changed hue/saturation/luminosity (CTRL+U, using photoshop) in order to get the proper tone.

    Paste a new layer over it, containing the internals of the original skin and Voilà...!

     

    I included 3 layers with different hues (blue, white and yellow).

     

     

    THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE YAP FILES IT ONLY CONTAINS SKINS FOR THE YAP MODEL.

     

    YAP FILES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE HELIPACK 8, AT THE YANKEEAIRPIRATE WEBPAGE: http://yankeeairpirate.net/model-shop/

  3. If I'm correct, the portion of the sky you are pointing is not coded by the ENVIRONMENTSYSTEM.ini file, but is a texture file (you can find it in Flight/HORIZONCLOUDXX.tga, where XX is a number). Due to engine limitations, i don't think you can change that

     

    EDIT: Sorry, seems that i read this post too fast :/  i don't know how to change the coverage.

  5. Since there are completely new airfields, i was wondering if i could re-use them for instance in the desert terrain.

    I know where to find the LOD files, but when I open them in the HXD there are no jpg's or bmp's to be found in there... So I don't know what image files are linked to the LOD's.

    Maybe you could release the new airfields as a separate mod that people can use in the other terrains...

    Slick cowboy, if you find a way to reuse LODs in desert map, would you explain it in a post? i would like to use them in the sweden map
