I have RoF but have not bought any add-on planes yet. A few days ago I recieved an email from neoqb asking me why I haven't bought any add-on planes yet. WTF? I'll by them when I am good and ready, maybe never.

Just put in a 5870 vid card and FSX still has crap frame rates. Think I will go back to FS2004 because with that version I should be able to run with max eye candy on and still get a decent frame rate.

I ordered and paid for OFF Dec 4th. and it is still not here and I am only across the border in Canada. Items from U.S. to Canada usully take about one week at most and I was one day short of 2 weeks so I email Avongate asking what is up with my order. They email back and say allow 14 business days for delivery even though I paid for first class mail. Knowing 14 days to Canada is abnormally long period I email Avongate and ask them to send me the tracking number, which is something all other online companies do as soon as the item has shipped without having to ask for it. Below is what USPS tracking info reads for my order. Label/Receipt Number:XXXXXX Class: First-Class Mail International Service(s): International Letter Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 5, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. What I can gather from the above is that Avongate notified them of the order but never actually sent it to them, correct me if I am wrong. On Friday I sent email to Avongate to tell them of the issue and then decide to send another to cancel the order and refund my CC. I was hesitant to order a physical disk from the U.S. and went against better judgment, now we see why I was hesitant in the first place.

I just installed LOMAC and FC yesterday and didn't have to do any rebooting except did after installing Starforce update driver. One step is missing if you are on Vista/Win7. You need to download and install latest Starforce update driver. Here's my install that works fine for me on Win7 64bit. Install LOMAC>install FC>install seasons patch (optional)>install 1.12b patch>install updated starforce driver>reboot>run game and enter serial code for Starforce and activate. http://www.star-force.com/support/drivers/ You want the driver under heading 2.

Yea, that was simhq owner Guod. They mention it in their recent end of year article and tell neoqb to stop doing that. neoqb say they are going to make it so SP doesn't require internet connection eventually. The sooner the better because all I play is SP and like to disco from internet when I play SP games. The longer you are connected to the internet the greater the chance of getting hacked. I have Docsys modem and it has disco button and I use it regularly but can't with RoF.

Steam version has same Starforce DRM as yuplay version. That's right, only 3 installs even with the Steam version. That means no buy from me.

Why clouds only 2? In CFS3 I have always used 4 and is what I set OFF to also. I also think if you set the config file for FSAA it should work. Does in CFS3 and I don't like to change my vid card settings all the time so prefer it when games have their own settings for FSAA.
