I made a post a while back with some of my WIP, I have a eurofighter in the works, the 3D model is mostly done and the FM is comming along, just need to start making skins.

As long as we get this sexy killer in the colors of RAF No.111 Squadron I'll it will be on my top 5 most flown.

Well since were talking about the Eagle vs. the Tomcat I'll say this. The F-14 was capable of preforming Mach 2+ on the deck. It took an extremly modified Eagle, known as the Streak Eagle" to get to the 1,650 MPH requirement for it.

Now back to F-14 vs. F/A-18. F-14 has the AIM-54 Phoenix. Super Hornet has....?

Despite my hate of the Super Bug I will give the F/A-18F credit. It has been the one to do all the fancy moves and is flown by F-14 Tomcat crews and Squadrons (ie. VFA-103 Jolly Rogers or VFA-2 Bountyhunters) Also the F/A-18F does look better than the F/A-18E.

I wonder if it would be possible to also equip the Cobra we some means of self defence against air attack, I have seen pictures of attack helicopters carrying AA missiles such as the Sidewinder and the Stinger, is the Stinger currently available in the Weapons Pack?

Could you still consider in anyway the Canucks a member of the Commonwealth? I mean they no longer use Royal Canadian (Insert Branch Here). While you Aussies still have Royal Austrailian Air Force or Navyand so does New Zealand. Are you 2 the only ones left apart from the UK?

Well what do you Aussies use? And the Canucks used CF-101 for the Voodoo and CF-104 for the Starfighter.

And what do you mean by DHC? Is that like T.1A or F/A-18F?

JM is right - the F3 has a longer fuselage as well as a different nose/radome & of course the underside is also configured with semi recessed missile bays.

Anyone need them I've got a lot of F3 photos as my local RAF base is home to 2 operational F3 squadrons plus the F3 OCU.

You live near Leuchars? Damn! I've been there before. Saw 111 Squadron doing lots of manuvers.

So far I haven't seen a single thought at even makeing a Tornado F.2 or F.3 Interceptor.

So I want to make a somewhat make shift one for my self. So, Is it possible that by editing the INI of the Tornado GR.1A that you could give it a Foxhunter radar and the ability to carry Skyflash missles?

One year. I remember that day and always will. I went to the U.S.S. Intrepid museum in NYC that day. When I saw the date for the trip and the F-14 retirement date I quickly signed up to go with my Civil Air Patrol Squadron. First thing I did as soon I we got on the deck was go to the F-14D prototype. I literally fell onto my knees and wanted to cry.

I'll always miss her. She was the first fighter jet I knew. So I've always felt very attached to it. Then my first airshow, one an F-14D, was there. I think I might have kissed it :blush2: .

The Pacific fleet called the modded F-14As the A+. Atlantic Fleet were F-14Bs. There is a differance.

Wouldn't be hard to duplicate it again, using the A-4F as RS did. Would need a new skin, updated avionics, etc
