  1. Moving FSX

I dont think it makes a difference about the IP address as they are easily spoofed and changed etc. The thing that keeps a key code from being used has something to do with the system registry. However screwing around with this can cause major problems
  2. How Low Do You Go?

ooof thats harsh init. its always the second one that gets you!
  3. Hey man take it easy! Give the good guys here a chance to answer. I can guarantee that they will when they have the time.
  4. Im doing the vmfa 212 campaign in ODS and have just flown a really cool mission into central baghdad to blow up a nuclear research facility. having completed the mission i was awarded the MOH. I was just wondering if this is a random occurence or whas it becuase i hit a nuclear target. There were no enemy CAPs about and i simple ingressed dropped 2 2000lbers on target and egressed. got shot at by a few zpus but that was about it. Any idea why i got the MOH? cheers Mike
  5. Awarding medals

Well the MOH i just received is the 5th medal ive had since beginning my vmfa 212 campaign. Ive had an air medal, DFC, MOH, purple heart and DSM. Flown 38 missions so far. Been shot down and wounded once. Not bad eh?

Maybe thats the real reason Bambi's mother died......
  9. 11 year old murderer

good post. I think you are spot on. Im just a little bit surprised at the fact that people design guns for children. Surely its better to not allow kids to have guns at all? Maybe im being a bit narrow minded as I have been brought up in country where firearms are prohibited. Im not against the use firearms for recreational purposes and have been hunting with air rifles many times. When i was younger i fired a few of my fathers rifles. but a 20 gauge shotgun is a bit much for a kid to be handling if you ask me. As for access to the weapons maybe the kid stole the key to the safe, or maybe he was allowed access but either way if the shotgun wouldnt have been there maybe the two innocents would have survived? Its just a who knows scenario i guess Mike
  10. 11 year old murderer

"The shotgun, which apparently belonged to Brown, is designed for children and such weapons do not have to be registered. " That is most probably the most stupid thing ive ever read. A shotgun designed for kids? WTF are people thinking about?
  11. BAD DAY BAD DAY BAD DAY!

Guys the best way to deal with these feelings is to go and blow things up. (In the virtual world). Always works for me and ive had a pretty tough time recently too. Nothing better than seeing a smoking hole in the ground where a nice beautiful comm building used to be after a hard day!!!!! Mike
  12. Ye nice shot fougamagister. My new desktop for the week!

  16. Could today be any more boring?

Well i sat in a carpet shop all day without speaking to one single customer!
  17. Iv got one that i posted in the screenshot thread not too long ago. Shows my f-18a being clobbered by an sa-6. managed to catch it milliseconds after impact before there are any flames. I can post it here again if you want?
  18. Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on what the pilot rating is in the profile screen. Mine is currently at 70%. Im assuming the higher the rating the better pilot you are, but what factors contribute to this? Would a pilot that for example has all settings on easy have a better rating than a pilot that has everything on hard. Also does starting at the homebase and taking off, flying the entire route and landing make a difference? Mike
  19. Have Turned to the Dark Side

Just as an afterthought when i did it it was perfectly legal to. I did check it out at the time and apparently it was legal because apple have signed the GNU licences or something. Whether it is still the case i have no idea Mike
  20. Have Turned to the Dark Side

Yeah sure. If you go to jailbreakme.com this site allows you to download a version of the ipod firmware that allows endless customisabilty, adding games, various programs etc all for free. However when i done it my firmware was version 1.15 and i needed to downgrade it to 1.14 for it to be able to work. Ive gotta be honest this was around two years ago and i think the apple firmware is currently on the 2. something release. If you want to do it though Dave i will ask my brother who recently unlocked his how he done exactly and pass the instructions on. Mike
  21. Have Turned to the Dark Side

Used to have an Ipod touch. Very cool piece of kit. Especially when the firmware have been unlocked....
  22. Same here. I enjoy doing both but when it comes to choice id prefer blowing things up on the ground. Probably because i like big bangs
