I'm in the Air Force and I have NEVER seen a vehicle on the runway unless the jet has already landed and they are responding to it. If there are jets in the air and no jet is on the runway, you wont see a vehicle on it.

I still have mine and won't be getting rid of it anytime soon. There is a lot of good info in there, I still use it every now and then.

Sorry to hear all that crap Rodster, that sucks fo sho! I mean you paid for the game, and if you upgrade a few parts you have to reuse a number. Unless you use the "save activtion key" program. It's suppose to save info and you can reinstall lock on and put this file in your lock on directory. It's suppose to work, but I have never tried it, they always gave me more activtions.

I haven't had a problem with getting more activtion's through ED, they have givin me about 3 different codes so far. The only problem I have had have been the mods and a producer of ED. Which he was working closely with a squad CO to try to get a few of us kicked from their forums. They (ED) have made some dumb mistakes. 1st, they added the 25T, 85% of the people have never even seen or heard of that POS. 2nd, the blew off the community when they kept telling them that there are some major problems with flaming cliffs. 3rd, people have been asking for an F-16 or F-18 ever since it came out Now we have DCS and they made the ka-50 and hopefully every 9 months another aircraft/heli will be released. By the time we have enough to have fun online...it'll be 7 years from now. Oh yes, they are already behind on the 9 months!

Glad ALS is in the past, not looking forward to NCOA though.

The 15 second ECM start up is freaking great!!! No more people blinking their jammer so you can't lock them, no more marcos that turn ECM on and off 15 times a second. Also the bird strike is another awesome add-on, this will stop people from flying 20 feet and no being hit by your radar or semi-active missiles. Can't wait til it comes out!!!

Silverbolt, Falcon and IL2 compared to lock on looks like crap. Even with the upgrades it still looks like crap. You still haven't answered me about how much you spent on your computer? I'd gladly pay twice as much for this patch without even blinking. Dave, once I hear something, I'll post it in here.

$50 bucks for hours of fun and enjoy is well worht the small price tag. How much did you spend on your computer/video card/CPU/PSU. And why did you buy all those things.........to play games! I'll be getting it as soon as it comes out!

You climbed to 500 meters? try climbing to at least 4000 or 5000 meters and try a dive from there.

Last I saw it was 12 dead and 31 wounded. This is very sad....my heart goes out to the families.

There are a lot of squadrons that fly lock on, Falcon and IL2 series. It all depends on what you want to do, although I haven't heard of a HAWX squadron, but I'm not into that stuff anyway. Go to lockonfiles.com and visit the squad section.

In the options menu there is a little button towards the bottom left, click it and you'll have full screen.

BS was suppose to be another addon to lock on, but they went ahead and made it a standalone. They knew well ahead of time but didn't tell the community tell well after. They knew that everyone would be upset, well at least most of them. You can't even say anything bad on their forums, if you do then you run the risk of getting banned. I'll bring up ARMA again and the releases of their patches. ARMA 1 ACE mod came out with patches it seemed like once a month. We aren't expecting that but when problems haven't been fixed in over 2 years then people tend to get upset. How hard would it of been for them to do some work on a patch? Many people have bought lock on and FC more then once, I bought FC twice. A guy on lockonfiles.com has bought it 4 times, that's $60 bucks just for the addon.

They are suppose to be coming out with a patch anyday now and it's been like that for the last few months. They said after they released the patch for the copter then they'll work on the lock on patch. Who knows how long that's going to take, but it's been long overdue. They knew about the screwed up missiles shortly after FC and it's patch came out. People still kept complaining and they did nothing about it. How come ARMA can get patches out so fast and it takes them years to "think" about doing one.

WOW, I just saw this thread. I got banned from ED's forum because I agreed with someone, yes they banned me for life. Like Mustang said, if you cause a ruffle in the water.....be careful. I also think the mods there suck, well at least 2 of them A and EB.

Did you try pressing spacebar or enter? If that doesn't work try these things; 1. Check in the options menu and see what keypress they are assigned to. 2. Make sure you have the right button assigned for your stick 3. You might have to reinstall lock on.
