IFF is not used very much in air combat. The best you can have is a signal on your HUD. Remeber that all aids are here to compensate the fact you cannot freely turn your head. Track/IR is better, and usually, you deactivate those options with Track/IR

Your vautour loadouts seem to be "french" rather than Israeli. AS-20 were considered by the IDF but never bought (anyway, do you have files for it ?) Vautour carried shafrir-I : IDF never used AIM-9B. Vautour never carried 530, only 511 (and super 530D and Mica, but thsi was for tests purposes :) )

I have a loadout for Vautour IIA, checking for IIN and B (B was used for reconnaissance) I can send them to you within 2 weeks (I am not a thome now) : it seems that bombs were samp or UK type. The Radar was an early Air to Air radar without any a/g capacities, basically equivalent to APG-137 (F-86K) Before 1962, the IIN was used as a night interceptor against Egyptian Il-28 for instance. Hello The TK Vautour IIA is missing the external pylons. How can we ad them ? I am thinking of using the "fake pilot" method, is this the right way ? Can somebody explain me how to do ? Thank you in advance

I think that it also sums up the difficulties of the flight simulation market : Back in the middle 90s (EAW, CFS1 or 2) a "simulation" was relatively simple. Even SF2 would have been rated as "quite realistic" in those times. Now, the simmers wants something very realsitic and casual players want to play with max difficulty because they are "real men" or "real woman" (if I believed in Santa klaus, I wopuld write "women") but at the same time, they find the realistic approach too "compilicated", so they went away.

The story of the Caudron G4 is much more complex : It was designed to counter the altitude capacities of the geramn aircraft. As such, it was the first military plane to reach the 6000 m altitude "bar". It was actually a multitrol aircraft : - Day / night bomber - Reconnaissance - Escort fighter (with limited success !!) At the beginning of its career, the G4 could hold its own against the german plane and when agreesivly flown shot down several of them (Fonck is not the only scxorer on this type) Its good altitude perorrmances interested the Italian in the Alpes. The British used it as a predecessor of the HP100 (RNAS 207 later 7 squadron) As such, it carried out bombing raids on belgian U-Boot bases escorted with Strutter. As you can see, the plane has a lot of interesting possibilities in terms of gameplay.
